بررسی ابعاد آسیب شناسی شخصیت و توانایی های شناختی در افراد با اختلال شخصیت مرزی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ابعاد آسیب شناسی شخصیت و توانایی های شناختی در افراد با اختلال شخصیت مرزی، انجام گرفت. تحقیق حاضر از نوع زمینه یابی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی افراد با اختلال شخصیت مرزی از مراکز درمانی و مراکز اعصاب و روان وابسته به بهزیستی استان البرز تشکیل می داد. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسیمورگان، 120 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه ی سنجش ابعاد آسیب شناسی شخصیت(1392) و پرسشنامه ی سنجش توانایی های شناختی از نسخه سوم مقیاس توانایی های شناختی وودکاک جانسون(2013) استفاده شد. در نهایت داده ها با آزمون تی تک گروهی تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که توانایی های »فهم کلامی « »ترکیب صدا «، »وارونه سازی اعداد «، »کلمات ناقص « و »حافظه فعال شنیداری « در افراد با اختلال شخصیت مرزی پایین تر از حد متوسط و میزان مورد انتظار است و توانایی های »یادگیری دیداری شنیداری «، »روابط فضایی «، »شکل گیری مفهوم «، »انطباق دیداری « و »یادگیری دیداری شنیداری تاخیری « در این افراد، در حد متوسط (میزان مورد انتظار) است

Study of dimensions of personality pathology and cognitive abilities in people with borderline personality disorder

The aims of this study to investigate dimensions of personality pathology and cognitive abilities in people with borderline personality disorder. And survey research methodology has been used. The statistical population of this study consists of all individuals with borderline personality disorder from medical centers and psychiatric centers affiliated to the Wellbeing organization of Alborz province. And the purposive or objective sampling method was applied. According to the Krejcie and Morgan table the sample size was considered 120 people. To collect data, the Dimensional Assessment of Personality Pathology Questionnaire (1392) and the cognitive abilities assessment scale from the third edition of the cognitive abilities scale of WoodcockJohnson (2013) were used. In the end, the data were analyzed using the onegroup ttest. Findings of the research indicate that the abilities such as verbal comprehension, mixing sounds, inverting digits, incomplete words comprehension, and active auditory memory in people with borderline personality disorder are lower than average and expected level. And abilities such as Audiovisuals Learning, Spatial relations, Concept Formation, Visual adaptation, latent audio visual learning are around average (expected level) in these people.
