بررسی مداخلات روان شناختی رایج روان درمانگران ایرانی در درمان اختلالات روانی سالمندان: با تاکید بر سه سال اخیر

افزایش سالمندان و آسیب پذیری آن ها به اختلالات روانی باعث افزایش توجه روان درمانگران برای این بخش از جامعه شده است که از طریق مداخلات روان شناختی سلامت روانی، رضایت و کیفیت زندگی آن ها را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند. این مقاله از نوع مروری است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی مداخلات روانشناختی رایج روان درمانگران ایرانی در درمان اختلالات در روانی سالمندان در بازه زمانی 1396-1393 بود. برای دسترسی به تحقیقات داخلی در نشریه های علمی پژوهشی سالمند، فصلنامه روانشناسی پیری و فصلنامه پرستاری سالمندان و در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی irandoc ، magiran، sid و noormags و همچنین برای دسترسی به تحقیقات انگلیسی در بانک های اطلاعاتی science direct به جستجو پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش مشخص شد که بیشتر مداخلات روانشناختی روان درمانگران ایرانی برای درمان اختلالات روانی سالمندان مربوط به معنا درمانی، درمان شناختی رفتاری، درمان پذیرش و تعهد، درمان ذهن آگاهی، درمان مرور زندگی و امید درمانی مربوط می شود.

Investigating the Common Psychological Interventions of Iranian Psychotherapists in the Treatment of Elderly Mental Disorders: Emphasizing the last three years

Increasing the elderly and their vulnerability to mental disorders increases the attention of psychiatrists for this part of society, which through psychological interventions affects their mental health, satisfaction, and quality of life. This article is a narrative. The purpose of this study was to investigate the common psychological interventions of Iranian psychotherapists in the treatment of psychiatric disorders in the elderly during the period 20152018. To access internal research in the elderly scientific journals, the Journal of Aging Psychology and the Quarterly Journal of the Elderly, and in the Irandoc, Magiran, SID and Noormags databases, as well as to access English research in Science Direct databases. I have been paid. In this study, most psychological interventions of Iranian psychotherapists related to the treatment of mental disorders in the elderly related to meaning therapy, cognitivebehavioral therapy, treatment of admission and commitment, treatment of mindfulness, treatment for lifelong learning and hopeseeking are related.
