رابطه انگیزه پیشرفت، شادکامی و رضایت زناشویی زنان و مردان فرهنگی ناحیه 2خرم آباد

رضایت زناشویی عامل تداوم بخش خانواده است. رضایت زناشویی به عوامل بسیاری بستگی دارد که در این پژوهش به دلیل خلا پژوهشی به ارتباط دو عامل انگیزه پیشرفت و شادکامی پرداخته شد.هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه انگیزه پیشرفت با رضایت زناشویی و شادکامی زنان و مردان فرهنگی بود. در راستای هدف پژوهش در جامعه آماری فرهنگیان شهرستان خرم آباد با نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای و نمونه گیری تصادفی 300 زن و مرد فرهنگی انتخاب شد و با استفاده از پرسشنامه های انگیزه پیشرفت هرمنس، رضایت زناشویی انریچ و شادکامی آکسفورد داده های مورد نیاز به دست آمد. درتجزیه و تحلیل داده های آماری در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون غیر خطی استفاده شده است. براساس یافته های این پژوهش بین انگیزه پیشرفت و رضایت زناشویی و سطح شادکامی زنان فرهنگی رابطه منفی و معنی داری وجود داشت و در مقابل بین انگیزه پیشرفت و رضایت زناشویی و شادکامی مردان رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت. باتوجه به یافته های این پژوهش به نظر می رسد انگیزه پیشرفت در مردان و زنان تاثیرات متفاوتی بر رضایت زناشویی و سطح شادکامی آنان دارد و مفهومی جنسیتی را در بردارد، نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می تواند برای مشاوران و دست اندرکاران حوزه خانواده مفید باشد

Relationship between the Achievement Motivation, happiness and marital satisfaction of women and men in district 2 of Khorramabad

Marital satisfaction is a factor in family continuity. Marital satisfaction depends on many factors. In this research, due to the research gap, the relationship between the two factors of motivation for progress and happiness was addressed. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the motivation of progress with marital satisfaction and the happiness of cultural men and women. In order to achieve the research purpose, a sample of 300 men and women were selected through multistage cluster sampling and random sampling method. Using Hermann's Achievement Motivation inventory, Enrich marital satisfaction and Oxford Happiness inventories, the required data Obtained. Data analysis and analysis of statistical data in the descriptive statistics section of the mean and standard deviation and in the inferential statistics, Spearman correlation test and nonlinear regression have been used.Based on the findings of this study, there was a negative and significant relationship between the motivation of progress and marital satisfaction and the level of happiness of cultural women, and there was a positive and significant relationship between the motivation of progress and marital satisfaction and the happiness of men. According to the findings of this research, it seems that the motivation for progress in men and women has different effects on marital satisfaction and their level of happiness, and the gender perspective.
