تبیین افسردگی بر اساس انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی و احساس انسجام در مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اوتیسم

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین افسردگی بر اساس مولفه های انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و حس انسجام در مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اوتیسم انجام شده است. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش در برگیرنده کلیه مادران دارای فرزند اوتیسم شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از انجمن اوتیسم ایران انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر شامل سوال های پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (1994)، انعطاف پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (2010) و احساس انسجام آنتونوسکی (1987) بود. سپس، داده ها از طریق نرم افزارspss.v21 و آزمون های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام تجزیه و تحلیل شد. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، ارتباط معناداری بین مولفه های احساس انسجام و انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی با افسردگی مادران وجود دارد (p<0/05). همچنین، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد متغیرهای کنترل پذیری، ادراک کنترل پذیری و ادراک توجیه رفتار به ترتیب 19 درصد تغییرات افسردگی را پیش بینی می کنند. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، احساس انسجام و انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی نقش کلیدی در افسردگی مادران دارند. بنابراین، با طراحی مداخلات روان شناختی بر اساس این متغیرها می توان افسردگی را در این مادران بهبود بخشید. مضامین نظری و کاربردی نتایج ارائه شده در پژوهش حاضرمورد بحث قرارگرفته است

The explain of depression based on sense of coherence and cognitive flexibility among mothers of children with autism

Depression is one of the significant problems of mothers with exceptional child. Therefore, this study aimed to explain of depression based on the sense of coherence and cognitive flexibility among mothers of children with autism. This study was a correlational ndash; descriptive design. The study population was consisted of all mothers with autism children in Tehran 2017. 137 mothers were selected by available sampling methods from autism society of Iran. Instruments for gathering data were Beck Depression Inventory (Beck et al, 1994), short form of Sense of Coherence Questionnaire (Antonovsky, 1987), Cognitive Flexibility Scale (Dennis Vander WalJ ,2010). Then, the data were analyzed using SPSS.v21 software and statistical tests such as Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise regression. Based on study findings, there was a statistically significant relationship between components of sense of coherence and cognitive flexibility with depression among mothers. Too, the results of stepwise regression analysis indicated that controllability, perceive of controllability and perceive of behavior explanations significantly predicted 19 percent of change in depression, respectively. With regards to findings, sense of coherence, cognitive flexibility and their components have important role in mothers' depression. Therefore, by designing psychological interventions based on this variables can improves the depression among this mothers. Theoretical and practical implications of presented results are also discussed.
