عوامل پرخطرخانوادگی، اجتماعی و فردی مرتبط با رفتارهای سوء مصرف مواد در نوجوانان

در سال های اخیر، سوء مصرف مواد در سراسر دنیا افزایش چشمگیری داشته است و هزینه های اقتصادی و اجتماعی زیادی را بر جامعه جهانی تحمیل کرده است. اعتیاد به طور جدی یکی از مشکلات سلامت روانی است که سالانه باعث مرگ بسیاری از افراد می شود. این مطالعه در پی آن است که برخی از عوامل مهم در سوء مصرف مواد در نوجوانان را که در پژوهش ها به آن اشاره شده است، مرور نماید و از میان عوامل گسترده خطرزا در زمینه سوء مصرف مواد، عوامل خانوادگی، اجتماعی و فردی را مورد توجه قرار داده است. در حقیقت، نوجوانی مرحله ای بحرانی است که به دلیل تحولات جسمانی و شناختی و هویت یابی می تواند فرد را به سمت رفتارهای پرخطر سوق دهد. شناسایی عوامل خطر و تهدید کننده ابتلا به سوء مصرف مواد در نوجوانان و گسترش آگاهی در این زمینه می تواند به متخصصان و درمانگران در طراحی مدل های ابتکاری و سودمند پیشگیرانه و درمانی به منظور کاهش تمایل مصرف مواد در نوجوانان یاری رساند.

Familial, social and individual risk factors related to adolescents’ substance abuse

In recent years, substance abuse has an increasing trend around the world and imposes so many financial and social costs throughout the world. Substance abuse, seriously, is one of the health problems that were annually leading the causes of death for many people. The present study tries to review some essential factors that affect substance abuse in adolescents which some research has noted. The study has aimed from substantial contributing risk factors, considers familial, social and individual factors. Adolescence, indeed, is a critical period of physical and cognitive development and also searching for an identity which may lead a person to experience risky behaviors. Identifying risk factors in adolescents rsquo; substance abuse behaviors and having knowledge about these factors would help specialists and therapists to designs innovative and efficient preventing and treatment programs to decrease substance abuse tendencies in adolescents.
