چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین تحمل ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی با نگرانی انجام گرفته است. تعداد 254 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران (114 زن، 140 مرد) در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس تحمل ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی فرم کوتاه (iu-12)، پرسشنامه حالت نگرانی پن (pswq-16) و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان فرم کوتاه (cerq-18) را تکمیل نمودند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین تحمل ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی و راهبردهای انطباقی و غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان به ترتیب رابطه منفی و مثبت وجود دارد. همچنین، نقش واسطه ای راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین تحمل ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی با نگرانی در این پژوهش تایید شد. یافته ها نشان می دهند که بین نگرانی و تحمل ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی رابطه خطی ساده برقرار نبوده و راهبردهای انطباقی و غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان می توانند بر این رابطه تاثیر بگذارند.

Moderating effect of cognitive emotion regulation strategies on the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and worry

Abstract
|
The present study seeks to investigate moderating effect of cognitive emotion regulation strategies on the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and worry. 254 (114 females, 140 males) students of University of Tehran participated in the present study. Participants completed Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale short form (IU12), Penn State Worry Questionnaire (PSWQ16) and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ18). Results indicated that there were negative and positive significant relationships between intolerance of uncertainty and adaptive and nonadaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies at p<0.01 level of significance, respectively. In addition, mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies was confirmed according to the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and worry. Findings revealed that the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and worry is not simply linear and potentially influenced by both adaptive and nonadaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies.
