مطالعه برخی همبسته‌های رضایت جنسی و رضایت زناشویی در زنان متاهل شهراصفهان

رضایت جنسی به عنوان یکی از همبسته های رضایت زناشویی نقش مهمی در تداوم زندگی مشترک زوجین ایفا می نماید. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رضایت جنسی و رابطه آن با رضایت زناشویی در زنان متاهل انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. بدین منظور نمونه ای شامل 200 نفر از زنان متاهل ساکن در شهر اصفهان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند که به مقیاسهای ارزیابی رابطه هندریک، رضایت جنسی لارسون و تعدادی سوال باز پاسخ دادند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون داده ها نشان داد که 11.5 درصد زنان از رضایت جنسی پایین، 44.5 درصد از رضایت جنسی متوسط و 44 درصد از رضایت جنسی بالایی برخوردار بودند. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین رضایت زناشویی و رضایت جنسی، میزان تجربه ارگاسم، دفعات تجربه جنسی در هفته و مدت زمان رابطه جنسی و نیز متغیرهای زمنیه ای (غیرجنسی) چون سن، طول مدت ازدواج و تحصیلات رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. رضایت جنسی و رضایت زناشویی به عنوان سازه های همبسته با متغیرهای جنسی و غیرجنسی متعددی در رابطه است. شناسایی این متغیرها کمک شایانی به بهبود روابط زوجین و تداوم زندگی مشترک آن ها خواهد نمود.

The study of some correlative of sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction in married women of Esfahan City

sexual satisfaction as a correlative variable of marital satisfaction has a key role in continues of marital life of couples. This research administrated with the goal of studying sexual satisfaction and its correlation with marital satisfaction in married women. This research is descriptive and correlation. So, 200 married women of Esfahan City were selected that answered to the scales like Hendricks Relationship Assessment scale, sexual Satisfaction Scale and some open questions. Results from Pearson correlation test of data showed that 11/5% of women had low sexual satisfaction, 44/5% had average sexual satisfaction and 44% were high sexual satisfied. Also, the results showed significant positive correlation between marital satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, quality of orgasm, Frequency of intercourse in a week and the duration of intercourse and some demographic variables like age of women, length of marriage and education. Sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction as correlative constructs has relationship with numerous sexual and nonsexual variables. Identifying these variables contribute to improving relations of couples and continuity of marital life.
