نیازسنجی حمایت اجتماعی مادران کودکان درخودمانده

اختلال درخودماندگی، اختلالی است که بر دامنۀ وسیعی از حیطه های رشدی کودک اثر نامطلوب می گذارد و علاوه بر خود فرد، اطرافیان نیز به میزان زیادی درگیر مشکلات متعدد رفتاری کودک می شوند. از این رو، ارایه خدمات توان بخشی و حمایتی می تواند در کاهش این بار سنگینی که بر دوش والدین است، تا حدودی موثر باشد. بررسی حاضر نیازهای مادران کودکان درخودمانده به حمایت اجتماعی و توان بخشی فرزندانشان را مورد سنجش قرار داد. پژوهش حاضر به صورت توصیفی و جامعۀ آماری شامل تمامی مادران کودکان درخودمانده در مرکز توان بخشی به آرا وابسته به دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بود. نمونۀ مورد مطالعه شامل بیست و هفت نفر از مادران کودکان درخودمانده بود که به شیوۀ نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامۀ نیازهای خانوادگی محقق ساخته بود که با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ نیازهای خانوادگی سیکلوس و کرنز (2006) طراحی شده بود و توسط مادران تکمیل شد. یافته های به دست آمده نشان داد که بیشترین نیاز مادران به داشتن اطلاعات دربارۀ فرایند آموزش و مشارکت در برنامه های آموزشی و درمانی فرزندشان بود. بیشترین مشکلات کنونی کودکان درخودمانده در حیطه های گفتاری، ارتباط اجتماعی و مسائل عاطفی و بیشترین مسائل کودکان در سال گذشته در مشکلات رفتاری، مسائل عاطفی و توجه و تمرکز بوده است. همچنین بیشترین مسائل مادران در سال گذشته، مسائل خانوادگی و شغلی بوده است. به این ترتیب، مادران این گونه کودکان نیاز بالایی به حمایت اجتماعی و توان بخشی اجتماعی کودک خود دارند و این موضوع ضرورت برنامه ریزی برای آموزش خانواده و طرح ریزی برنامه های حمایتی و آموزشی مناسب را نشان می دهد.

Need Assessment for Social Support in Mothers of Children with Autism

Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder which has pervasive effects on a wide range of child developmental categories and in addition to the individual, the family heavily involved in numerous behavioral problems and are grueling their rehabilitation. Hence, providing support programs can reduce this heavy burden on the parents and it is somewhat effective. The study examined the social support needs of mothers of children with autism. The work is a descriptive study and the population included all mothers of autistic children in the Rehabilitation Center of Beh Ara. The sample included twenty seven mothers of autistic children. The instrument used in the present study, was the Family Needs Questionnaire (FNQ) (Siklos Kerns, 2006) that due to cultural differences some of items were modified and some ones also was added to it. Thus, the questionnaire was completed by mothers. The results showed that the most needs of mothers were to be actively involved in their children rsquo;s treatments and therapies. Also the most current problems in children with autism were in the areas of speech, social communication and emotional problems and the most children rsquo;s problems in the past year also have been behavioral problems, emotional problems and inattention. The most problems in mothers also have been in the past year, family and career problems. Therefore, the needs of these mothers are strong in social support and rehabilitation for their children. The findings also showed need for designed family training and planning supportive as well as educational programs.
