پیش بینی اختلال علایم بدنی(جسمانی سازی) بر اساس سبک های دفاعی و تنظیم هیجان در دانشجویان

زمینه و هدف: جسمانی سازی یک اختلال شبه جسمی است که معاینات پزشکی قادر به توضیح علت آن نمی باشد. در پژوهش حاضر نقش سبک های دفاعی و تنظیم هیجان در اختلال جسمانی سازی بررسی گردید.روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی بر روی تمامی دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 1396-1395 انجام شد. 380 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های جسمانی کردن( (phq15 ، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان (erq)و پرسشنامه مکانیسم های دفاعی استفاده گردید.داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج همبستگی نشان داد که، سرکوبگری هیجانی و سبک دفاعی رشد نایافته و روان آزرده رابطه مثبت و معنی داری با جسمانی سازی دارد. همچنین بر اساس تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان، سرکوبگری و سبک دفاعی رشد نایافته بیشترین توان را در پیش بینی اختلال جسمانی سازی داشت.نتیجه گیری: طبق نتایج این پژوهش در درمان اختلال جسمانی سازی عواملی چون سبک های دفاعی و تنظیم هیجان باید مورد توجه قرار بگیرند.

Prediction of Somatic Symptom(somatization) on the Basis of Defensive style and Emotion regulation in University Students

Background and Objectives: Somatization is a somatoform disorder, which medical examinations are not able to explain its reason. In the present research, the role of Defensive style and Emotion regulation was investigated in somatization disorder.Methods :This descriptive and correlational study was conducted on all students studying at University of Tabriz in the academic year 20152016. A total of 380 subjects were selected using stratified random sampling method. In this research, Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), Defense Style Questionnaire and Somatization Questionnaire (PHQ15),were used. Data were analyzed using Pearson rsquo;s correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression analysis.Results:The correlation results showed that emotional repression and immature and neuroticism defense style has a significant positive relationship with somatization. Also, based on the results of simultaneous regression analysis, emotional repression and immature defense style had the greatest ability to predict somatization disorder.Conclusion:The findings of this research revealed that factors, such as Defensive style and Emotion regulation should be considered in the treatment of somatization disorder.
