پیش بینی سازگاری با ناباروری براساس سبک های دلبستگی در زنان نابارور

ناباروری به عنوان تهدیدکننده تولیدمثل و بقا، تجربه استرس زایی را برای زوجین نابارور ایجاد می کند. ازآنجایی که استرس توانایی فعال سازی دلبستگی را دارد، ممکن است بر واکنش ناشی از استرس ناباروری و نحوه سازگاری زوجین نابارور تاثیرگذار باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه سبک های دلبستگی و سازگاری با ناباروری بود. در پژوهش حاضر، از طرح اکتشافی از نوع همبستگی استفاده شد. تعداد 192 زن (192=n) نابارور مراجعه کننده به بخش درمانگاه پژوهشکده رویان شهر تهران در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. اطلاعات اولیه شامل سن، مدت ناباروری، مدت ازدواج، تعداد فرزندان، سابقه سقط جنین، شغل و میزان تحصیلات ثبت شد. گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسال (aai) و مقیاس سازگاری با بیماری (ais) انجام شد. داده ها به روش همبستگی تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سبک دلبستگی ایمن (p<0.01،r=0.23 ) و سبک دلبستگی ناایمن (p<0.01،r=0.32 ) با سازگاری با ناباروری رابطه مثبت و منفی معنادار دارند. زنان نابارور ایمن، با ناباروری سازگاری بالاتری دارند. همچنین زنان نابارور ناایمن، سازگاری باناباروری پایین تری دارند. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، می توان نتیجه گرفت سبک دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن، بر سازگاری با ناباروری موثر است و درمان های دلبستگی محور، بر سازگاری افراد با تجربه استرس زای ناباروری اثربخش خواهد بود.

Predict Adjustment to Infertility based on Attachment Styles in Infertile Women

Background Aims:Infertility as a threat to reproduction and survival experience provides related stress for infertile couples. Since stress is the ability to activate the attachment, infertility and stress reactions may affect the to adapt of infertile couples. The present study was aimed to investigate prediction between attachment styles and adjustment to infertility.Materials Methods:This end, A total of 192 infertile women referred to the Infertility treatment clinic at Royan Institute participated in this study. Participants were asked to complete demographic information questionnaire, Adjustment to Illness Scale (AIS) and Adult Attachment Inventory (AAI). Correlation was used to test the hypothesize.Results:The results indicated significant positive correlations between secure attachment styles with adjustment to infertility and the significant negative correlations between insecure attachment styles with adjustment to infertility.Conclusion:Based on the results of the present study, it can be concluded that attachment styles revealed correlation with adjustment to infertility. we can conclude secure attachment and insecure are effective on adjustment infertility And attachmentbased therapy will be effective in adjustment of peaple with stressful experience.
