بررسی رابطه بین تناسب شغل و شخصیت با سطح رضایت مندی زناشویی زوجین فرهنگی شاغل در شهرستان زاهدان

چکیدههدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین تناسب شغل و شخصیت با سطح رضایت مندی زناشویی زوجین فرهنگی شاغل در شهر زاهدان است. دو پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ(1989) و تناسب شغل - شخصیت جان هالند(1958) ، توسط 200 نفر از زوجین فرهنگی وابسته به سازمان آموزش و پرورش در شهرستان زاهدان تکمیل شد که این نمونه به صورت تصادفی ساده و از طریق جدول مورگان به دست آمد.تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم افزارهای2010 excell و19 spss صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد که بین نوع شخصیت واقع گرا و شغل فرهنگی با رضایت زناشویی در آنها، رابطه وجود دارد که این رابطه در جهت مثبت، معنادار بود . همچنین بین نوع شخصیت اجتماعی و شغل فرهنگی با رضایت زناشویی در آنها در سطح (0/01>p)، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. از سوی دیگر نتایج نشان دهنده این امر بود که رابطه ی نوع شخصیت جستجوگری وشغل فرهنگی با رضایت زناشویی زوجین، در جهت مثبت ومعنادار بود یعنی هر چقدر زوجین جستجوگرتر باشند، رضایت زناشویی نیز در آنها بیشتر خواهد شد. به این ترتیب بین نوع شخصیت متهورانه و قراردادی با رضایت زناشویی در آنها، رابطه مثبت و معنادار در سطح (0/01>p) وجود دارد . همچنین مقدار ضریب تعیین نشان داد که قراردادی بودنِ زوجین، فقط حدود 3 درصد از واریانس متغیر رضایت زناشویی را پیش بینی می کند. تنها در نوع شخصیت هنری است که در این پژوهش رابطه مثبت و معناداری میان این نوع شخصیت و رضایت زناشویی مشاهده نشد.

Review on the relationship between the proportion of job and personality with marital satisfaction level of cultural Couples, who work in Zahedan Township

AbstractThe objective of the present study is Review on the relationship between the proportion of job and personality with marital satisfaction level of cultural Couples, who work in Zahedan Township. Two questionnaires of Enrich marital satisfaction (1989) and the proportion of job and personality of John Holland (1958), which were completed by 200 people of cultural Couples, related Education Organization of Zahedan Township. This sample was simple randomly obtained through Morgan Table. .data analysis Using descriptive and inferential statistics and EXCEL2010 and SPSS 19 software has been .The results showed there is a relationship between realistic personality type and cultural jobs with marital satisfaction, while this relationship was significant in respect of positivity. There is also a significant and positive relationship between social personality type and Cultural jobs with their marital satisfaction (p< 0.01). From the other side, the results show this fact that the relationship between searching personality type and Cultural jobs with marital satisfaction, tends to positivity and significance, meaning more searching personality tendency in couples leads to more marital satisfaction. Therefore, there is a positive and significant relationship between the enterprising and conventional personality types with marital satisfaction in the level (p< 0.01). IN addition, the value of determination coefficient showed contracting of couples only predicts about 3 percent of marital satisfaction variable variation. In this study, no positive and significant relationship was not observed in respect of Artistic personality type and marital satisfaction.
