متن‌گرایی تاریخی؛ نگاهی به روش تفسیری آمنه ودود با تمرکز بر تفسیر آیه 34 سوره النّساء

آمنه ودود نومسلمانی است که می‌کوشد رهیافتی بر مبنای بازتفسیر قرآن بر اساس روشی هرمنوتیکی برگرفته از آرای فضل‌الرّحمن داشته باشد که خود آن را «هرمنوتیک توحیدی» می‌خواند. از ویژگی‌های مهمّ این روش، توجّه به ذهنیّت خواننده متن، قابلیّت‌های زبانی زبان وحی و التفات به زمینه‌های تاریخی ظهور متن است. ودود این روش را به خصوص درباره آیات مربوط به زن به کار می‌برد. از مهم‌ترین آیات مورد نزاع در این باره، آیه 34 سوره نساء است. ودود می‌کوشد شیوه هرمنوتیکی فضل‌الرّحمن را به صورت مصداقی درباره این آیه اجرا کند و به تفسیری همدلانه‌تر با زنان در مقایسه با تفسیرهای سنّتی دست یابد. البتّه او نیز در آخرین بازنگری‌های فکری خود گامی فراتر می‌نهد و بر مبنای بررسی‌های مربوط به زمینه آیه در تفسیر خود از این آیه تجدید نظر می‌کند.

Historical TextOriented; A look at Exegetical Method of Amina Wadud with a Focus on the Interpretation of Verse 34 of Surah Nisa

Amina Wadud is a new Muslim who attempts to have an approach based on the reinterpretation of the Quran according to the hermeneutic method derived from the ideas of Fazlur Rahman which he calls it “monotheistic hermeneutics’’. The most important features of this method are attention to the text reader's mind, language capabilities of language revelation and attention to the historical context of the rise of text. Wadud applies this method especially for Verse about the woman. One of the most important verses in this regard is the verse 34 of Surah Nisa. Wadud tries to do hermeneutic approach of Fazl alrahman for instance about this verse and achieve an interpretation which is more empathetic with women in comparison to the traditional interpretation. Of course, she also goes a step further in the latest revisions of her thought and he is revised in his interpretation of this verse.
