جایگاه حقوق و اخلاق در خانواده از منظر قرآن و روایات

خانواده کوچک‌ترین اجتماع انسانی است که روابط اعضای آن در درجه نخست از پیوند عاطفی و خونی نشات می‌گیرد و هر یک از اعضای خانواده نقشی دارند و این نقش‌ها پدیدآورنده روابطی هستند که تکالیف و حقوق خاصّی را ایجاد می‌کنند. نقش همسری، پدری، مادری و فرزندی نقش‌هایی هستند که در خانواده وجود دارند. این نقش‌ها رابطه‌ای حقوقی را میان اعضای خانواده پدید می‌آورد. اجرای احکام حقوقی در خانواده، حافظ نظم خانواده به عنوان جزئی از جامعه است و همچنین شناخت احکام اخلاقی خانواده و عمل به آنها، محبّت خانوادگی را سالم و بارور نگاه می‌دارد و در سایه باروری نهال محبّت، نظم خانوادگی استوار می‌ماند. هدف این پژوهش، شناخت و بیان حقوق و اخلاق در نظام خانواده است و روش تحقیق در جمع‌آوری اطّلاعات، توصیفی ـ کتابخانه‌ای می‌باشد.

The Position of Rights and Morals from the Perspective of the Qur'an and Islamic Narrations

Family is a human society in its smallest scale, the relationship between members of which derives from a blood and emotional connection, each having a specific role. Such roles create relationships that have certain obligations, duties and rights. The roles of partner, father, mother, and child exist in a family, and thus create relationship rights for those who assume the roles. Administering and maintaining those right in the family insures the order and discipline in it as a part of the society, and getting to know moral codes and instructions for the family and abiding by them will keep the passion and kindness in the family fresh and strong and again reinforces its order and strength. This research attempts to clarify and discuss the rights and morals in the family as a system and has adopted a descriptivelibrary method for collecting data.
