تعلیم و تربیت مبتنی بر آیات و روایات از دیدگاه شهید مطهّری

مقوله تعلیم و تربیت از مهم‌ترین مباحث مشترک در میان متفکّران اسلامی و غربی می‌باشد. در غرب از دیرباز وخصوصاً با شکوفایی مکتب یونان در آرای افلاطون و ارسطو بدین امر توجّه شده است. در اسلام نیز توجّه به مقوله تعلیم و تربیت سابقه‌ای دیرینه دارد و این امر ناشی از جایگاه والا و دغدغه وافری است که مکتب اسلام برای تعلیم و تربیت قائل است. اندیشمندان مسلمان در پرتو تعالیم انسان‌ساز اسلام به موضوع انسان و کمال و سعادت او و راههای وصول به کمال، بسیار پرداخته‌اند و نظام‌هایی فکری را برای پاسخگویی به سوالات مربوط به انسان و تربیت او بنا گذارده‌اند. در دوره معاصر کسانی مانند علاّمه طباطبائی،امام خمینی(ره)، شهید مطهّری و سیّد قطب با روشهای ترکیبی و مزجی و با نگاهی تطبیقی و ناظر به تحوّلات جدید اجتماعی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و تربیتی، در این عرصه گام نهاده‌اند. در این مقاله به استناد و بهره‌گیری از اندیشه شهید مطهّری، ابعاد گوناگون مساله تربیت از قبیل مفهوم و ماهیّت تربیت، چیستی آن، اسلام و تربیت و عوامل تاثیرگذار در تعلیم و تربیت مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.

Education based on Verses [from the Quran] and [the Sacred] Traditions in the Viewpoint of Martyr [Morteza] Motahari

The concept of education is one of the most important topics common amongst Islamic scholars and those of the West. In the West, from long ago, especially after the flourishing of the Greek school in the voices of Plato and Aristotle, much attention has been given to this subject. In Islam as well, the attention to the concept of education has a long history, which is due to the fact that Islam holds education in a valuable status and has great concerns toward this concept. Muslim scholars, in light of the nurturing and fostering teachings of Islam, have carried out many studies about mankind, his perfection, happiness and prosperity, and the ways to achieve perfection, and they have laid the foundation of systems of thought to provide answers to the questions about mankind and his education. In the contemporary era, figures such as Allameh Tabataba’i, Imam Khomeini, martyr [Morteza] Motahari and Sayyid Qutb, using mixed methods, with a comparative approach and an awareness of the new social, political, cultural and educational developments, stepped into this field. In this article, through invoking and utilizing Martyr Motahari’s thoughts and mindset, different dimensions of the subject of education, such as the concept and nature of education, Islam and education, and influential factors in education will be studied.
