تحلیل و نقد دیدگاه فاطمه مرنیسی درمورد حجاب با تاکید بر آیه 53 سوره احزاب

ﻃﯽ ﭼﻨﺪ دﻫﻪ اﺧﯿﺮ، ﺣﺠﺎب از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺣﮑﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ در ﺣﻮزه زﻧﺎن ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻮﺳﻮم ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮاﻧﺪﯾﺸﺎن دﯾﻨﯽ و ﻓﻤﯿﻨﯿﺴﻢ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﮕﺮﺷﯽ ﻋﺮﻓﯽ ﺳﻌﯽ در ﻗﺮاﺋﺘﯽ ﻧﻮ از آﯾﺎت ﺣﺠﺎب ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﺣﻘﻮق زﻧﺎن داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﻓﺎﻃﻤﻪ ﻣﺮﻧﯿﺴﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﯾﮑﯽ از آﺛﺎر ﺧﻮد ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎم «زﻧﺎن ﭘﺮده ﻧﺸﯿﻦ، ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ﺟﻮﺷﻦ ﭘﻮش» ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ آﯾﻪ 53 ﺳﻮره اﺣﺰاب، ﺑﺮﺧﻼف ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻔﺴﺮان و ﻓﻘﻬﺎ ﻗﺎﺋﻞ اﺳﺖ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﺣﺠﺎب در آﯾﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎی ﺣﺎﺋﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﻣﺮد اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ-ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮی و دﯾﻨﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و ﻧﻘﺪ دﯾﺪﮔﺎه و ادﻟﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ درﻣﻮرد ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ ﺣﺠﺎب ﻣﯽ ﭘﺮدازد. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻫﺎی اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه، دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﺮﻧﯿﺴﯽ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖ و ﻋﺪم اﺗﻘﺎن ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺸﯽ از آﻧﻬﺎ، ﺧَﻠﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﭘﺮده ﻧﺸﯿﻨﯽ و ﭘﻮﺷﺶ زﻧﺎن، ﻋﺪول از ﻇﺎﻫﺮ آﯾﻪ 53 ﺳﻮره اﺣﺰاب و ﺳﯿﺎق آﯾﺎت ﻣﺠﺎور، ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﯿﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ آﯾﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﺮاﺣﺖ ﺣﮑﻢ ﺣﺠﺎب را ﺑﺮای زﻧﺎن ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺸﺮﯾﻊ ﮐﺮده اﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﺣﺎﺷﯿﻪ راﻧﺪن اﺻﻞ ﻓﺮازﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻓﺮاﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮدن ﻗﺮآن، ﻧﺎدرﺳﺖ اﺳﺖ.

n recent decades, the hijab has been one of the most important rulings in the field of women, which has been considered by currents called religious modernists and islamic feminism and they have tried to recite the verses of hijab with a customary attitude based on respect for women’s rights. one of these people is fatemeh mernissi, who in one of her works called &the veil and the male elites & examines verse 53 of surah al-ahzab and believes that the concept of hijab in the verse in question means a barrier between two men. this research uses analytical-descriptive method and using valid interpretive and religious sources to study and analyze the views and methods of this researcher on the issue of hijab. according to studies, mernissi’s view is due to the limitation and lack of resources and selective use of them, confusion between veiling and covering women, deviation from the appearance of verse 53 of surah al-ahzab and the context of adjacent verses, lack of attention to semantic relativity and lack paying attention to the verses that explicitly legislate the ruling on hijab for muslim women is flawed and not based on a solid basis
