تحلیل و تبیین هم‌افزایی امنیتی دفاعی دولت مهدوی(عج) (با بررسی و تفسیر آیات مرتبط در قرآن کریم و روایات معصومین ع)

تامین امنیت یکی از مهمترین و اساسی ترین نیاز هر جامعه است. دولتهایی که بتوانند امنیت بیشتری تامین کنند؛ توسعه سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی و در نتیجه کارآمدی و مشروعیت بیشتری خواهند داشت. این پژوهش درصدد است تا با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و رویکرد تحلیل متون قرآنی و روایی با تبیین نظری به این مساله پاسخ دهد که: با توجه به آموزه های مهدوی در قرآن کریم و روایات معصومین(ع)، چگونه دولت مهدوی، امنیت فراگیر و جهانی را به صورت هم افزا در عرصه جهانی فراهم می‌کند و ویژگیهای امنیت در دولت مهدوی چیست؟ مهمترین یافته پژوهش حاضرآن است که؛ دولت مهدوی علاوه بر بهره‌گیری از امدادهای غیبی، به دلیل هماهنگی در اهداف و تلفیق مناسب عوامل سیاسی دخیل در حوزه امنیت و دفاع، باعث هم افزایی امنیت در سطح جهانی می‌شود. این مقاله با توجه به آموزه‌های اسلام در قرآن و روایات، هم افزایی امنیت و دفاع را با توجه به اهداف دولتها در علوم سیاسی بررسی کرده، ویژگیها و مزیتهای آن را واکاوی می‌کند؛ تا هم از حیث نظری، مختصات امنیت مهدوی مشخص شود و هم از جنبه عملی، الگویی برای برنامه‌های توسعه دولتهای اسلامی در دوره غیبت باشد.

Quranic Analysis and Explanation and Validity of SecurityDefense Synergy of Mahdavi Government

Providing security is one of the most important and basic needs of any society. Governments that can provide more security; They will have more political, economic and cultural development and, as a result, more efficiency and legitimacy. This study seeks to answer the question with a theoretical explanation with a descriptiveanalytical method and the approach of analyzing Quranic texts and narrations: According to the Mahdavi teachings in the Holy Quran and the narrations of the Infallibles, how the Mahdavi government, comprehensive and global security Provides synergy in the global arena and what are the characteristics of security in Mahdavi government? The most important finding of the present study is that; In addition to using occult aids, the Mahdavi government, due to the coordination of goals and the proper combination of political factors involved in the field of security and defense, causes the synergy of security at the global level. According to the teachings of Islam in the Qur’an and hadiths, this article examines the synergy of security and defense with regard to the goals of governments in the political sciences, and explores its features and advantages; In order to determine the coordinates of Mahdavi security both theoretically and in practice, to be a model for the development plans of Islamic states in the period of absence.
