تحلیل و نقد دیدگاه صاحبنظران در نحو ۀ سازماندهی مبانی تفاسیر اجتهادی

یکی از موضوعات مهم و اساسی در مبانی تفسیر، نحوه‌ی چیدمان و سازماندهی است. سازماندهی ایده‌آل مبانی تفسیر بر اساس معارف الهی و بشری صورت می‌پذیرد و معارف بشری هم بر اساس دو نوع نحوه دریافت و سه قسم راه وصول شکل میگیرد: 1مبنای نقل: و 2 مبنای عقل. مبنای نقل شامل قرآن و سنت و مبنای عقل شامل گرایش استدلالی، ذوقی، علمیتجربی و تاریخیاجتماعی است. اصولی فقهی، کلامی و فلسفی زیر مجموعه گرایش استدلالی و عرفانی و ادبی زیر مجموعه گرایش ذوقی به شمار می‌روند. این پژوهش با روش تحلیلیانتقادی به ارزیابی دیدگاه‌های عمید زنجانی، عک، رومی، بابایی و رضایی اصفهانی روی آورده است. عمکلرد صاحبنظران فوق، نشان می‌دهد که دسته بندی و طبقه ‌بندی‌های ارائه شده با لغزش‌هایی همراه است و در این زمینه ناکارآمد است. ضعف‌های آنان مربوط به کاستی در تعداد مبانی تفسیر، بی‌توجهی به چینش صحیح، گنجاندن تفسیر به رای و فهم شناسی در شمار سازماندهی، خلط حوزه معنایی موضوعات مختلف در سازماندهی، استفاده از شعبه های فرعی در جایگاه اصلی، تداخل انواع مبانی تفسیر، وجود ساختار مطلوب، بکارگیری استفاده انحصاری، عدم تمایز میان انواع مبانی تفسیر و انواع تفسیر است.

The critique and the review of experts' opinions about the organization of ijtihadi Exegesis Fundamentals

Exegesis fundamentals is consider as one of exegetics topics and one of the basic topics in exegesis fundamentals is the way of arranging and organization. The comprehensive and ideal of exegesis fundamentals is done based on Devine sciences and humane sciences. Humane sciences are shaped based on two ways of reception and three ways of reaching. That in short consists of, 1. Quotation basis, 2. Reason basis. Quotation basis consists of Quran and Sunnah and reason basis consists of reasoning, taste scientificexperimental and historicalsocial approaches. Principles–jurisprudence, theological and philosophical are considered under the reasoning approach and mystic and literary under the tasting approach. This study evaluates opinions of Amid Zanjani, Ack, Roumi, Babaei, and Rezaei esfahani via the analyticalcritical method .This research by investigating the performance of five intellectuals concluded that the presented classifications have some mistakes and defects. These defects are as blew insufficiency in the number of exegesis fundamentals, inattention toward the correct arrangement, incorporating the interpretation evaluation and hermeneutics into the organization integrating semantic domains of various issues into the organization, putting subordinate branches in the types principal position, intermixture of the different types of exegesis fundamentals.
