ارائه مدل ارزیابی بلوغ شرکت های ساختمانی کشور جهت پیاده سازی مدیریت چابک با رویکرد شناسایی چالش های آن

مدیریت چابک در اصل برای توسعه سیستم‌های نرم افزاری ایجاد و ریشه در این صنعت دارد، اما باتوجه به موفقیت های آن، درحال‌حاضر به پروژه های غیرنرم افزاری نیز گسترش یافته است. این رویکرد شامل روش‌ها و ابزارهای مختلفی برای پاسخگویی مناسب به شرایط دینامیکی و متغیر پروژه ها می باشد. بنابر تحقیقات انجام شده، تعدادی از محققان بر این باورندکه مدیریت پروژه چابک قابل پیاده سازی در شرکت های ساخت و ساز نیستند، و عده‌ای دیگر معتقدند که این شرکت ها پتانسیل خوبی برای پذیرش این متد را دارند. هدف اصلی این تحقیق اولا شناسایی چالش های پیاده سازی مدیریت چابک در شرکت های ساختمانی کشور بوده و بر مبنای اطلاعات حاصله مدلی برای ارزیابی سطح بلوغ یک شرکت جهت پیاده سازی مدیریت چابک ارائه خواهد شد. روش کار در قسمت اول به صورت مطالعات میدانی و استفاده از پرسشنامه بوده و در قسمت دوم از روش های تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره استفاده خواهد شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که میزان آمادگی هر شرکت جهت پیاده سازی مدیریت چابک بایستی به طور جداگانه در سه بخش طراحی، تدارکات و اجرا بررسی گردد.

A maturity evaluation model for implementing agile management in Iranian building companies with respect to identifications of its challenges

Agile management originally introduced in development of software projects in computer industry but it is applied in different nonsoftware projects because of its success in managing projects. This approach contains some different tools and techniques for working with the dynamic and changeable environment of projects. According to the previous attempts, some investigators believed that the agile management is useful for construction projects and some others do not agree with this statement. The purpose of this paper is, firstly, to identify the challenges of implementing the agile management in the building companies in Iran and the second one is to prepare a model for evaluating the level of the maturity of a company for implementing agile management. The field studies and distributing questionnaires will be applied for the first objective of this paper and for the next purpose, evaluating the maturity level of companies, the authors will use one of the multiattribute decision making models named TOPSIS. The results show that the level of the maturity of companies should be surveyed separately in each company in three different parts including: engineering, procurement and construction. It means that the level of maturity in these phases is different.
