مدل معادلات ساختاری عوامل موثر بر تاخیر در پروژه‌های عمرانی با محوریت شاخص های موثر بر مدیریت پروژه

شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تاخیر در پروژه‌های عمرانی می‌تواند، به طور قابل توجهی نتایج پروژه را بهبود بخشد و منجر به افزایش بهره‌وری هزینه، بهبود رضایت ذینفعان و افزایش نرخ موفقیت تکمیل پروژه می‌گردد. شناخت و رسیدگی به تاخیر‌های بالقوه به یک فرآیند ساخت و ساز پایدارتر و قابل پیش‌بینی‌تر کمک می‌کند و مدیریت کارآمد پروژه‌های ساخت و ساز یاری می‌رساند، از همین رو این پژوهش بر اساس این هدف انجام شد. روش تحقیق آمیخته(کمی و کیفی) است، در بخش کیفی عوامل از مطالعات پیشین با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا 34 عامل استخراج شده است و با روش دلفی فازی و نظر خبرگان در سه مرحله به 27 عامل تعدیل گردید و در گام بعدی با توجه به عوامل تایید شده اقدام به تدوین پرسشنامه تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی شده، که توسط 128 نفر از افراد کارشناس که بعد از نمونه‌گیری از بین 192 نفر جامعه آماری که دارای ویژگی‌های و خصوصیات موردنظر پژوهش هستند و از فرمول نمونه‌گیری کوکران انتخاب شده، تکمیل گردیده است. به منظور محاسبه میزان کفایت حجم جامعه آماری از آزمون کوریت-باتلت استفاده شده و نتایج بدست آمده توسط افراد خبره مورد تایید قرار گرفته‌اند. سپس از روند تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد صحت سنجی قرار گرفته است، که در هر دو مرحله از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای سنجش پایایی آنها بهره-گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که شاخص‌های براساس ضرایب استاندارد به ترتیب اهمیت شامل شاخص مواد و تجهیزات(90/0)، شاخص مدیریت پروژه(84/0)، شاخص منابع مالی(72/0)، شاخص قراردادی/نظارتی(71/0) و شاخص نیروی انسانی(53/0) می‌باشند.

identifying factors that affect delays in construction projects can significantly improve project outcomes and lead to increased cost efficiency, improved stakeholder satisfaction, and increased project completion success rates. recognizing and addressing potential delays contributes to a more sustainable and predictable construction process and helps efficient management of construction projects, so this research was based on this goal. the research method is mixed(quantitative and qualitative), in the qualitative part of the factors from previous studies with a content analysis approach, 34 factors were extracted, and with the delphi phase method and the opinion of experts in three stages were adjusted to 27 factors, and in the next step, according to the confirmed factors, the exploratory factor analysis questionnaire was developed, which was completed by 128 experts who were selected after sampling from 192 people in the statistical community who have the characteristics and characteristics of the study and from the cochran sampling formula, it’s been. in order to calculate the adequacy of the volume of the statistical community, the curitis-battlette test was used and the results obtained were approved by experts. the confirmation factor analysis process has then been validated, with the kronbach alpha coefficient used in both stages to measure their reliability. the results of the study show that indicators based on standard coefficients in order of importance include the materials and equipment index(0.90), the project management index(0.84), the financial resources index(0.72), the contractual/regulatory index(0.71) and the human resources index(0.53).
