ارزیابی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع(tqm) بر بهره وری ساخت و تحویل پروژه

مدیریت کیفیت جامع استراتژی کلیدی برای حفظ برتری رقابتی و روشی برای مدیریت سازمان‌ها جهت ایجاد بهبود در بهره‌وری و کارایی کلی سازمان درجهت رسیدن به بالاترین وضعیت کیفی موجود است. صنایع عمرانی با توجه به اختصاص بخش عمده ای از بودجة کشورها به خود، از اهمیت فوق العاده‌ای برخوردار می‌باشند و اعمال مدیریت کیفیت بر آنها به منظور توانمندسازی مستمر، برآورده کردن نیازهای متقاضیان، کاهش دوباره کاری‌ها، افزایش مشارکت کارکنان و کارگروهی منجر به سودآوری قابل توجهی می‌گردد. باتوجه به نقش پر اهمیت مدیریت کیفیت جامع در پروژه های عمرانی و پررنگ بودن تاثیر بهره‌وری ساخت بر اهداف پروژه، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و ارزیابی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر دو عامل بهره‌وری ساخت و تحویل پروژه انجام شد. در این مطالعه که به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزارamos 22 انجام شده است، در مرحله اول مدل اندازه‌گیری با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ارزیابی شد و در ادامه مدل ساختاری طراحی شده بر اساس فرضیات پژوهش، مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان از برازش مطلوب مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش دارد. مطابق این نتایج، مدیریت کیفیت جامع، بر بهره‌وری ساخت تاثیر مستقیم و معنادار، و بر تحویل پروژه تاثیر غیر مستقیم دارد. همچنین مشخص شد تاثیر بهره‌وری ساخت بر تحویل پروژه مثبت و معنادار است.

evaluation the effect of total quality management (tqm) on the construction productivity and project delivery

total quality management is a key strategy for maintaining competitive advantage and a method for managing organizations to improve the overall productivity and efficiency of the organization in order to reach the highest quality status available. construction industries are extremely important due to allocating a major part of the country’s budget to them, and applying quality management to them in order to continuously empower them, meet the needs of applicants, reduce rework, and increase employee participation leads to profitability. considering the important role of total quality management in construction projects and the strong impact of construction productivity on project goals, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating and evaluating the impact of total quality management on the two factors of construction productivity and project delivery. in this study, which was conducted using the structural equation modeling method and using amos 22 software, in the first step, the measurement model was evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis, and then the structural model designed based on the research assumptions was analyzed. the obtained results show the optimal fit of the proposed research model. according to these results, comprehensive quality management has a direct and significant impact on construction productivity, and an indirect impact on project delivery. it was also found that the effect of construction productivity on project delivery is positive and significant.
