طراحی الگوی علی مدیریت پروژه پایدار با استفاده از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری

یکی از زمینه‌های بالقوه برای اجرای عملی پایداری، مدیریت پروژه پایدار است. سه موضوع اصلی در مدیریت پروژه پایدار، یعنی عدم توافق نظری در حوزه تعریف پایداری، به خصوص در مدیریت پروژه پایدار و تاکید بیشتر بر مسائل زیست محیطی، اطلاعات کم در مورد شیوه‌هایی که از طریق آنها می‌توان به اهداف پایداری دست یافت و صرفه‌جویی در منابع مورد استفاده، باعث اهمیت توجه به ارائه الگوهای مناسب در این حوزه شده است، بر همین اساس هدف این مقاله طراحی الگوی علی مدیریت پروژه پایدار با استفاده از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری در قرارگاه سازندگی خاتم‌الانبیاء بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارشناسان و مدیران پروژه‌ها در قرارگاه سازندگی خاتم‌الانبیاء می‌باشد. نمونه آماری 118 مدیر و کارشناس تعیین شده است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه بهره گرفته شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان دهنده وجود شش مولفه اصلی برای دستیابی به مدیریت پروژه پایدار بوده است. یافته‌های بخش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری نشان می‌دهد که شناسایی قابلیت‌ها و چارچوب پروژه به عنوان اساس و پایه الگوی مدیریت پروژه پایدار، تاثیرگذارترین مولفه الگوی تدوین شده بوده و مدیران پروژه‌های قرارگاه خاتم‌الانبیاء برای دستیابی مدیریت پروژه پایدار بایستی به این مولفه توجه جدی داشته باشند. همچنین مولفه اصلی اجرا نیز به عنوان تاثیرپذیرترین مولفه اصلی الگو تعیین شده است.

determining a causal model of sustainable project management using interpretive structural modeling

one of the potential areas for practical implementation of sustainability is sustainable project management. the three main issues in sustainable project management are the lack of theoretical agreement in the definition of sustainability, especially in sustainable project management and more emphasis on environmental issues, little information about the methods through which sustainability goals can be achieved, and savings. in the sources used, it is important to pay attention to the presentation of appropriate models in this field, based on this, the purpose of this article is to design a causal model of sustainable project management using structural interpretive modeling in khatam ul anbia construction site. the statistical population of this research includes all experts and project managers in khatam ul anbia construction site. a statistical sample of 118 managers and experts has been determined. two questionnaires were used to collect data. confirmatory factor analysis and structural interpretive modeling have been used to analyze the data. the results of confirmatory factor analysis have shown the existence of six main components to achieve sustainable project management. the findings of the structural interpretive modeling section show that the identification of project capabilities and framework as the basis of the sustainable project management model is the most influential component of the developed model, and project managers of khatam ul anbia camp must pay serious attention to this component in order to achieve sustainable project management. also, the main component of implementation has been determined as the most influential main component of the model.
