چکیده
|
در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﯽﻫﺎی ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ وﻓﻮر در زﻣﯿﻦﻫﺎی ﮐﺸﺎورزی و ﺷﺎﻟﯿﺰارﻫﺎ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد، ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ ﺑﺪون اﺳﺘﻔﺎده درﺳﺖ و ﻣﻮﺛﺮ، از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺮده ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺑﺘﺪا ﭼﻨﺪ ﻃﺮح اﺧﺘﻼط ﺑﺮای ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻨﯽ ﺷﻦ در ﺑﺘﻦﻫﺎی ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻨﮕﺪاﻧﻪﻫﺎی درﺷﺖ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻧﯽ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻓﺸﺎری ﻃﺮحﻫﺎ در ﺳﻨﯿﻦ 28 ،7و 90 روز ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻨﯽ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻧﯽ ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران؛ ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ 60 درﺻﺪ اﻓﺖ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻓﺸﺎری رخ داده اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺮﭼﻨﺪ اﯾﻦ اﻓﺖ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ اﺳﺖ، اﻣﺎ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﯾﮏ ﺑﺘﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ 7 روزه ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ 10 ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در اداﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ دو ﭘﻨﻞ دﯾﻮاری ﺑﺎ ردﯾﻒﻫﺎی ﻧﯽ ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران در دو ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺑﺪون ﻣﺶ ﻓﻮﻻدی و ﺑﺎ ﻣﺶ ﻓﻮﻻدی در دﺳﺘﻮر ﮐﺎر ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮای ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻓﺸﺎری اﯾﻦ دو ﭘﻨﻞ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﭼﮑﺶ اﺷﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ دو ﭘﻨﻞ در ﺳﻦ 28 و 90 روز اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﯾﮏ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺷﺪه، ﻧﻤﻮدار ﺑﺎر ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻣﮑﺎن اﯾﻦ دو ﭘﻨﻞ در وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺧﻤﺸﯽ ﺳﻪ ﻧﻘﻄﻪای ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﻨﮕﺪاﻧﻪﻫﺎی ﻧﯽ در ﺑﺘﻦﻫﺎ، ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻗﻄﻌﺎت ﭘﯿﺶ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻏﯿﺮ ﺳﺎزهای ﻧﺸﺎن داده اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎی ﻣﯿﻠﮕﺮدﻫﺎ در ﭘﻨﻞﻫﺎی دﯾﻮاری، رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻬﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭘﻨﻞ دارای ﻣﯿﻠﮕﺮد داﺷﺘﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ از ﺧﻮد ﻧﺸﺎن داده اﺳﺖ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﻨﻞﻫﺎی دﯾﻮاری ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻧﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﻮار ﭼﯿﻨﯽ ﻋﺎدی ﺑﺎ ﺑﻠﻮک ﺣﺪود 15درﺻﺪ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮی دارد.

Abstract
|
with increasing population, there is an increasing use of natural resources to produce materials suitable for construction such as bricks, cement and strong rods. this has exponentially increased their prices and also polluted the environment by producing large amounts of greenhouse gases. therefore, there is a need to provide cheap and durable infrastructure. in this research, the purpose of evaluating the use of mazandaran common reed, which is found abundantly in agricultural land and landfills, was in the construction industry. to this end, several mixing plans were designed to replace the sand in ordinary concrete with coarse aggregate from the reed and the resistance of the designs was evaluated at the age of 7, 28 and 90 days. in the following, two wall panels with rows of mazandaran rods were placed in two cases without steel mesh and steel mesh. to find out the two panels, schmidt’s hammer test was first performed for both panels at 28 and 90 days. then, with a test based on a study paper, its displacement load diagram was evaluated in a three-point bending condition. the results showed that the use of reed aggregates in concrete has obtained an acceptable resistance to the construction of non-structural prefabricated parts. also, the use of straw instead of rebar in the wall panels has a similar behavior to the panel with fittings and has shown a good performance.
