بررسی مشکلات بهره‌برداری از ساختمان‌های مسکونی ساخته شده با سازه‌های lsf و ارایه راهکارهایی برای بهبود آن

استفاده از سازه‌های سرد نورد شدۀ فولادی در چند سال گذشته به سرعت در کشور گسترش پیدا نموده و امروزه در پروژه های بزرگ انبوه سازی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. با وجود محاسن بسیار بالای این سیستم ساختمانی، عدم استفاده صحیح از این نوع سازه ها در مراحل مختلف طراحی، اجرا و ساخت، باعث بروز مشکلاتی در استفاده از این سیستم ها شده است؛ و بیم این می رود که این فرصت به یک تهدید برای صنعت ساختمان تبدیل شود. با انجام این مطالعه تلاش شده است تا موانع و مشکلات استفاده از این سیستم سازه ای در کشور شناسایی شود؛ و امید می رود با برنامه ریزی دقیق و تلاش مسئولان امر، این مشکلات به حداقل ممکن برسد. در این پژوهش ضمن انجام مطالعه موردی بر تعداد زیادی از ساختمان های اجرا شده با سیستم فولادی سرد نورد شده، با مصاحبه با مجریان، مهندسان، اساتید دانشگاه و بهره‌برداران، و تهیه پرسشنامه، با استفاده از روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای، دیمتل و دلفی، عوامل موثر در پایین آمدن کیفیت سازه های قاب سبک فولادی رتبه بندی و عوامل با اهمیت بیشتر شناسایی شده و در نهایت راهکارهایی برای بهبود کیفیت این سیستم ارائه می شود.

study of operational issues of cold formed steel residential buildings and making some suggestions for its improvement

during the recent years, the use of cold formed steel structures has expanded all over the country in housing industry, and they are employed in mass constructions and great projects. apart from the advantages of this construction system, like high speed execution and lightness, lack of proper performances in different construction’s stages of design, constructions and installations have caused many difficulties and problems in use of this modern structural system. hence, there is a concern that this opportunity would be converted to a threat for the country’s construction industry. in this paper, an attempt is made to identify the barriers and problems existing in cold formed steel constructions. it is hoped that by precise planning and the efforts of the authorities, these problems will be minimized.in the present study, while conducting a case study on a large number of buildings which constructed by lsf, interview with some expert executives, engineers, professors and beneficiaries were performed. the answered questionnaires then analyzed by network analysis process, dematel and delphi methods. after that, the most effective factors in lowering quality of this kind of structural systems were identified and ranked. finally, some suggestions were made in order to improve the quality of this system.
