چالش‌های اخلاقی در مشاوره و حل آن

این تحقیق چالش‌های اخلاقی مشاوره و راه‌های حل آن را بررسی می‌کند. چالش اخلاقی مشاور؛ موقعیتی بالینی است که هیچ گزینه‌ای برای آن رضایت‌بخش به نظر نمی‌رسد، و مشاور به عنوان فاعل اخلاقی هم‌زمان دو یا چند وظیفه اخلاقی نسبت به مراجع دارد که هر کدام به تنهایی وظیفه او است، ولی به دلیل هم‌زمانی نمی‌تواند همه آن‌ها را انجام دهد. روش تحقیق شامل دو رویکرد رعایت اصول و نظریه‌های اخلاقی و در نظر گرفتن همه ابعاد در یک مورد جزیی است که آن موازنه متفکرانه نامیدند. بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق؛ حل یک چالش اخلاقی در مشاوره شامل شش گام است. این روش برای حل ده نوع چالش اخلاقی زیر در مشاوره به کار گرفته شد: پذیرش یک مراجع یا ادامه مشاوره با او، مسایل جنسی، دینداری، اختلالات روانی و آزمون ها مسایل قانونی، مشاوره ازدواج، زوج‌درمانی، خیانت، طلاق و مشاوره کودک.

Ethical challenges in counseling and solving it

This study examines the ethical challenges of counseling and ways to solving it. The ethical challenge of counseling; It is a clinical situation for which no option seems satisfactory, and the counselor, as a moral agent, simultaneously has two or more moral duties to the client, each of which is his sole duty, but because of the simultaneity he can not perform them all. The research method includes two approaches of observing ethical principles and theories and considering all dimensions in a case, which is called thoughtful balance. Based on research findings; Solving an ethical challenge in counseling involves six steps. This method was used to solve the following ten types of ethical challenges in counseling: Admitting a client for counseling, sexual issues, religiosity, mental disorders and tests, legal issues, marriage counseling, couple therapy, infidelity, divorce and child counseling
