نظریه اخلاقی قانون طبیعی؛ تبیین تقریر صدرایی با تکیه بر عوالم وجود

تا کنون تقریرهای مختلفی از نظریه قانون طبیعی در اخلاق ارائه شده است.نظریه اخلاقی قانون طبیعی از جمله نظرات مطرح در حوزه اخلاق هنجاری است. این نظریه را می توان در آراء اندیشمندان مسلمان بررسی نمود. مساله این است که آیا می‌توان تقریری از این نظریه را به ملا صدرا نسبت داد؟ یافته‌های پژوهش که با روشی تحلیلی و استنادی انجام شده نشان می‌دهد که ملا صدرا، اگرچه به صراحت از نظریۀ قانون طبیعی در آثار خود سخن نگفته امّا با تکیه بر مبانی فلسفی و انسان‌شناختی ایشان می توان در قالب پنج گام، تقریری از اخلاق مبتنی بر طبیعت را به ایشان نسبت داد. ایشان در گام نخست اخلاق را بر امیال و گرایشات ذاتی که در ساختار و شاکله انسان بنیان دارد، مبتنی می‌سازد و آنها را لازمه تامین نیازهای طبیعی انسان می‌داند. در گام دوم با نظر به غایتمندی امیال و گرایشات طبیعی انسان، فقر و نیاز ذاتی انسان به کمال مطلق و قرب الهی را عامل حرکت و انگیزۀ انسان به سوی خیر و کمال می‌داند و مراتب اخلاق را بر مبنای مراتب تقرب به کمال مطلق تبیین می‌کند. در گام سوم بر ظرفیت عقل طبیعی و دیگر قوای نفسانی و وحی الهی برای جهت دهی مسیر اخلاقِ برخاسته از نیازهای طبیعی به سوی غایت حقیقی و قرب الهی تاکید می‌کند. در گام چهارم سیر حرکت انسان از طبیعت اولیه به طبیعت ثانویه را بر مبنای مراتب وجودی و اخلاقی و با نظر به سیالیت طبیعت انسان تبیین می کند و در گام پایانی معیار اخلاق را مطابق با طبیعت انسان و در راستای غایت نهاییِ تعیین شده در گام دوم می داند.

Ethical theory of natural law; Explaining Sadra’s Explanation Relying on The Worlds of Existence

Abstract: The question in this research is whether a narration of this theory can be attributed to Mullah Sadra? The findings of the research conducted by analytical and citation method show that although Mullah Sadra did not explicitly speak about the theory of natural law in his works, but by relying on his philosophical and anthropological foundations, an explanation of ethics is reasonable in his works in five steps. In the first step, he bases morality on the inherent desires and tendencies that based on the structure and structure of human beings and considers them necessary to meet the natural needs of human beings. In the second step, considering the purposefulness of human desires and natural tendencies, he considers poverty and man’s innate need for absolute perfection and nearness to God as the cause of man’s movement and motivation towards goodness and perfection, and explains the level of morality based on the degree of nearness to absolute perfection. In the third step, it emphasizes the capacity of the natural intellect and other carnal powers and divine revelation to direct the moral path arising from natural needs towards the true end and nearness to God. In the fourth step, he explains the course of human movement from primary nature to secondary nature. in the final step, he has considered the criterion of morality in accordance with human nature and in line with the final goal determined in the second step.
