تحلیل اصطلاحات مربوط به کاشت محصولات کشاورزی با تاکید بر برنج در گویش لری ممسنی

این مقاله به تحلیل اصطلاحات مربوط به کاشت سنّتی محصولات کشاورزی در گویش لری ممسنی می‌پردازد. بعضی از این اصطلاحات  با آمدن تکنولوژی متروک شده‌اند ولی نسل میانسال و سالمند آن‌ها را می‌شناسند. نگرانی از نابودی و لزوم نگهداری این واژه‌ها برای آیندگان ایجاب می‌کند تا آن‌ها از دستبرد ایام در امان بمانند. هنوز کسانی در ممسنی و مناطق اطراف هستند که این واژه‌ها را بشناسند یا آن‌ها را به کار ببرند. پیشرفت تکنولوژی و کناررفتن ابزارهای کشاورزی سنّتی، زمینۀ فراموشی این واژه‌ها را فراهم آورده است. متن مقاله شامل شرح و توصیف واژه‌های مختص کشاورزی سنّتی و بیشتر مربوط به کاشت چلتوک (برنج پوست‌نکنده) در این شهرستان است که به هفت موضوع اختصاص داده شده است و عبارتند از: اصطلاحات مربوط به آب، زمین، کاشت و نگهداری، آفات و علف‌های هرز، ابزارها، نیروی کار و برداشت. هر قسمت بر اساس حروف الفبا منظم شده است. برای دریافت بهتر معانی، با برخی افراد میانسال و سالمند کم‌سواد یا بیسواد گفت وگو و پس از ضبط صدا و یادداشت مطالب، تلفّظ واژه‌ها با روش آوانویسی ثبت گردیده است و معنی واژه‌ها، نوع دستوری و ارتباط واژه‌ها شرح داده شده است. شیوۀ ساخت بعضی از ابزارها و نام محلی قسمت‌های مختلف ابزارها آورده شده است. نتیجۀ تحقیق، گنجینه‌ای از واژگان عمدتاً پارسی است که برای آیندگان، مصون خواهد ماند.

Analysis of expressions of planting agricultural products with emphasis on rice in Lori Mamasani dialect

This article analyzes traditional agricultural expressions in the Lori Mamasani dialect. Some of these terms have become outdated with the advent of technology, but the middleaged and older generations know them. Concerns about the annihilation and the need to preserve these words for the future require that they be safe from the effects of time. There are people in Mamasani who still use these words and the surrounding areas who know them. Advances in technology and the abandonment of traditional agricultural tools have led to the forgetting of these words. The text of the article includes description of words specific to traditional agriculture; and more related to the cultivation of rice husk in this city, dedicated to seven topics. They are terms related to water, land, planting and maintenance, pests and weeds, tools, labor and terms related to harvesting. Each section is arranged alphabetically. To understand the meanings better, we have talked to a number of middleaged and illiterate or illiterate middleaged people, and after recording audio and notes, we have recorded the pronunciation of the words by transliteration and the meaning of the words, the type of grammar; moreover, the relationship of the words is described. The way some tools are made, and the local names of the small and large parts of the tools are given, are the result of a treasure of mostly Persian words that will be preserved in the future.
