شناسایی راهکارهای توسعه درآمدزایی و تامین مالی بسکتبال بانوان غرب کشور

مقدمه:امر ورزش در توسعه اقتصادی جوامع امروزی نقش اساسی دارد و برای گسترش و فراگیر کردن ورزش به منابع مالی نیاز است و منبع مالی مکفی در تحقق اهداف جوامع از طریق ورزش نقش بسزایی ایفا می‌کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی راهکارهای توسعه درآمدزایی و تامین مالی بسکتبال بانوان غرب کشور بود.روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نوع اکتشافی است، که با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر در بخش کیفی شامل 10 نفر از متخصصین و نخبگان ورزش بسکتبال کشور و در بخش کمی شامل مربیان، کارشناسان و مسولین هیئت‌های ورزشی در زمینه ورزش بسکتبال در استان‌های غرب کشور بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تاییدی با رویکرد مدل معادلات ساختاری در دو نرم افزار 26spss و22 amos استفاده شد. یافته:نتایج آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با چرخش واریماکس 38 گویه پرسشنامه را در قالب 6 عامل (عامل مسابقات، عوامل بازاریابی، حمایت مالی، عوامل رسانه‌ای، عوامل زیرساختی و عامل اقتصادی) طبقه‌بندی نمود. درمجموع، این شش عامل 81.924 درصد از واریانس کل متغیّرها را تحت پوشش قرار دادند. بحث و نتیجه گیر ی : یافت ه ها حاکی از آن است که توسعه بسکتبال بانوان در استان های غربی نیازمند رویکرد اقتصادی استراتژیک است. کاهش اتکا به بودجه دولتی، جذب سرمایه گذاری خصوصی، بهبود پوشش رسانه ای، تقویت زیرساخت ها و اتخاذ استراتژی های بازاریابی نوآورانه برای رشد درآمد بسیار مهم است. مدیران ورزشی باید استراتژی های مالی ساختار یافته ای را برای تضمین پایداری توسعه دهند .

strategies for developing income generation and financing of women's basketball in the west of the country

introduction: sports play a crucial role in economic development, and securing sustainable financial resources is essential for their growth. however, women's sports, particularly women's basketball, face challenges in attracting financial support. this study aims to identify strategies for income generation and financial support for women's basketball in the western region of the country.methods: this research employs a descriptive-survey and exploratory method using structural equation modeling (sem). statistical population includes 10 basketball expertsin the qualitative section and 384 coaches, specialists, and sports officials from the western provinces in the quantitative section. research tools included interviews and a researchermadequestionnaire, validated using the delphi method and confirmatory factor analysis, with reliability confirmed by cronbach's alpha (0.88). data were analyzed usingkolmogorov-smirnov tests, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and sem in spss 26 and amos 22.results: results classified 38 questionnaire items into six key factors:1. competition factors(international tournaments,ticket sales, in-stadium product sales) 2. marketing factors (branding, advertising, attracting investors) 3. media factors (tv broadcasting rights, media advertisements, digital presence)4. financial support (sponsorship, government and private sector support) 5. infrastructural factors(development of sports facilities, training centers) 6. economic factors (investment, bank financing, sustainable revenue models) conclusion: findings suggest that developing women's basketball in western provinces requires a strategic economic approach. reducing reliance on government funding, attracting private investment, improving media coverage, enhancing infrastructure, andadopting innovative marketing strategies are crucial for revenue growth. sports managers should develop structured financial strategies to ensure sustainability.
