شناسایی پیشران های کلیدی توسعه هندبال ایران در افق 1412

مقدمه: شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعه هر رشته ورزشی موضوع مهمی برای پیشرفت ورزش و تاثیرگذاری آن بر جامعه است. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی پیشران‌های کلیدی توسعه هندبال ایران انجام شد.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع پژوهشهای اکتشافی می‌باشد و از لحاظ هدف جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی به شمار می‌آید. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش شامل خبرگان و افراد مجرب در حوزه مدیریت ورزشی، مدیران و کارکنان ارشد وزارت ورزش، فدراسیون های ورزشی، کمیته ملی المپیک و پارالمپیک و ورزشکاران و مربیان ورزش هندبال بودند و از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در پژوهش استفاده شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته‌ای با شرکت‌کنندگان انجام گرفت و با 17 مصاحبه اشباع نظری حاصل شد.یافته: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پیشران های کلیدی توسعه هندبال ایران در افق 1412 از پنج مقوله اصلی تشکیل شده است که شامل عوامل انسانی، مدیریت و توسعه آموزشی، عوامل محیطی کلان، توسعه ورزش قهرمانی و توسعه ورزش همگانی می‌باشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری:درک پیشران های کلیدی توسعه هندبال ایران می تواند به تدوین برنامه ها و راهبردهایی برای تسهیل شرایط توسعه کمک کند. لذا نتایج و پیشران های کلیدی ارائه شده به مدیران ارشد در راستای توسعه همه جانبه هندبال در آینده می تواند کمک شایانی نماید.

introduction: the development of any sport is an important factor in realizing the economic, social and cultural goals of society. therefore, identifying the factors affecting the development of each sport is an important issue for the development of sports and its impact on society.methods: this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the key drivers for the development of handball in iran. the current research method is qualitative andexploratory research, and in terms of its purpose, it is considered as part of applied research. the participants in this research included experts and experienced people in the field of sports management, managers of the ministry of sports, sports federations, the national olympic and paralympic committee, and handball athletes and coaches, and the purposeful sampling method was used in the research. to collect information, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participants and theoretical saturation was achieved with 17 interviews.results: the results of the research show that the key drivers of the development of handball in iran consist of five main categories, which include human factors, educational management and development, macro environmental factors, development of championship sports and development of public sports. conclusion: understanding the key drivers of iran's handball development can help formulate plans and strategies to facilitate development conditions. therefore, key results and drivers presented to senior managers can be of great help in the comprehensive development of handball in the future.
