تحلیل ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی متولیان اجرایی سازمان‌های ورزشی براساس ایزو 26000 (مورد مطالعه: سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران)

مقدمه : مسئولیت اجتماعی متولیان اجرایی سازمان‌ ورزش شهرداری‌ها، نقش مهمی در رشد و توسعه جامعه دارند. آن‌ها باید به منظور ارتقای فرهنگ ورزش، برنامه‌هایی برای جذب جامعه محلی در فعالیت‌های ورزشی و ترویج سبک زندگی سالم و فعالیت‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی داشته باشند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تحلیل ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی متولیان اجرایی سازمان‌های ورزشی بر اساس استاندارد ایزو 26000 بود.روش : روش تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی بود، جامعه آماری کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان‌های ورزش شهرداری شهر تهران بود. براساس فرمول حجم جامعه محدود کوکران تعداد 221 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی- خوشه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش فرم ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه ایزو 26000 نیکنام شیری (1399) بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و مدل سازی معادله ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته : نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت کلی مسئولیت اجتماعی در سطح نامطلوبی قرار دارد. ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی از منظر محیط زیست، حقوق بشر، حاکمیت سازمانی، شیوه کار، شیوه عملی عادلانه، مصرف کننده و مشارکت و توسعه جامعه در سطح نامطلوبی قرار دارند.بحث و نتیجه گیری : از آنجاکه وضعیت تمامی مولفه‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران در سطح نامطلوب قرار دارد، پیشنهاد می‌شود که برای پرداختن به مولفه‌های (حاکمیت سازمانی، حقوق بشر، شیوه کار، محیط زیست، شیوه عادلانه، مسائل مصرف کننده و توسعه جامعه)، یک واحد در هر سازمان ورزش شهرداری ایجاد گردد و امور مرتبط به مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان را پیگیری نماید.

analysis of the dimensions of social responsibility of executive officials of sports organizations based on iso 26000 (study case: tehran municipal sports organization)

introduction: the social responsibility of the executive trustees of municipal sports organizations plays an important role in the growth and development of the society. in order to promote sports culture, they should have plans to involve the local community in sports activities and promote a healthy lifestyle and educational and research activities. the purpose of this study was to investigate the analysis of the dimensions of social responsibility of executive officials of sports organizations based on iso 26000.methods: the research method was descriptive survey, the statistical population was all managers and experts of sports organizations in tehran municipality. based on cochran's limited population size formula, 221 people were selected as a sample using random cluster sampling. the research tools were the demographic characteristics form and the iso 26000 questionnaire by niknam shiri (2010). descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data.results: the results showed that the general situation of social responsibility is at an unfavorable level. also, organizational social responsibility in terms of environment, human rights, organizational governance, work style, fair practice, consumer and community participation, and development are at an undesirable level. conclusion: since the status of all the social responsibility components of tehran municipal sports organization is at an unfavorable level, it is suggested to address the components (organizational governance, human rights, working methods, environment, fair methods, consumer issues and community development), a unit should be established in each municipal sports organization and follow up on matters related to the organization's social responsibility.
