شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش کارگری ایران

مقدمه : هدف از انجام پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش کارگری ایران بود. روش : ابتدا با انجام مصاحبه عمیق با 12 نفر از خبرگان، کدگذاری اولیه شده سپس مقوله بندی و عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش کارگری ایران استخراج شد و در مرحله دوم، عوامل موثر احصاء شده، در قالب پرسشنامه بسته با طیف 5 عاملی لیکرت تدوین و بین 8 نفر از خبرگان با استفاده از روش دلفی به اشتراک گذاشته شد و پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه و ارائه نظرات توسط خبرگان، عوامل موثر ویرایش، تجمیع، حذف و با توجه به ضریب هماهنگی کندال، پس از رسیدن به توافق گروهی، فرایند دلفی با انجام دو دور به پایان رسید و عوامل موثر استخراج گردید.یافته : آگاهی و آموزش کارفرمایان، توجه به نیازهای ویژه گروه‌های مختلف کارگری، شبکه‌سازی و ایجاد انجمن‌های ورزشی، فرهنگ ورزش‌محوری در محیط‌های کار، توسعه ورزش‌های بومی و سنتی، حمایت روانی و اجتماعی، دسترسی به اطلاعات و منابع آموزشی، تامین مالی و جذب سرمایه‌گذاری، فناوری و نوآوری در ورزش، انگیزه‌بخشی، ایمنی، مشارکت بین‌المللی و یادگیری از تجربه‌های جهانی، برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت استراتژیک، پژوهش، هم-افزایی و مشارکت اجتماعی، فرهنگ‌سازی و تبلیغات، آموزش و تربیت نیروهای متخصص، زیرساخت‌های ورزشی و سیاست‌های دولتی و حمایتی به عنوان عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش کارگری ایران شناسایی شدند. بحث و نتیجه گیری : بر اساس مدل ارائه‌شده می‌توان گفت که توسعه ورزش کارگری کشور توسط زنجیره‌ای از عوامل و هم‌افزایی و همکاری نهادهای مختلف توسعه می‌یابد که نتایج آن برای شرکت‌ها ملموس خواهد بود

introduction: the purpose of the research was to identify the factors affecting the development of labor sports in iran. methods: first, by conducting an in-depth interview with 12 experts, initial coding was done, then categorization and factors affecting the development of labor sports in iran were extracted, and in the second step, the effective factors were calculated, compiled in the form of a closed questionnaire with a 5-point likert scale and it was shared among 8 experts using the delphi method, and after completing the questionnaire and providing opinions by the experts, the effective factors of editing, aggregation, deletion and according to kendall's coordination coefficient, after reaching a group agreement, the delphi process with two rounds were completed and effective factors were extracted.results: awareness and training of employers, paying attention to the special needs of different labor groups, networking and creating sports associations, sports-oriented culture in workplaces, development of native and traditional sports, psychological support, access to information and educational resources, financing and investment attraction, technology and innovation in sports, motivation, safety, international participation and learning from global experiences, planning and strategic management, research, synergy and social participation, support policies as factors that were identified as effective in the development of labor sports in iran.conclusion: based on the presented model, it can be said that the development of working sports in the country is developed by a chain of factors and the synergy and cooperation of various institutions, the results of which will be tangible for companies
