شناسایی عوامل موثر بر طراحی و ساخت اماکن ورزشی سبز

مقدمه:هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر در طراحی و ساخت اماکن ورزشی سبز بود.روش: روش تحقیق حاضر، کاربردی از نوع تحقیقات کیفی با روش تحلیل تماتیک است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، اساتید و متخصصان محیط زیست، مدیران وزارت ورزش و کمیته ملی المپیک، مدیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی کشور، مدیران اماکن ورزشی و دانشجویان دکتری مدیریت ورزشی بودند و نمونه آماری از بین اعضای جامعه با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 15 نفر از متخصصان تحقیق که تا مرحله اشباع نظری ادامه یافت، روایی تحقیق توسط متخصصان مربوطه مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی تحقیق با استفاده از روش توافق درون موضوعی 72 درصد به دست آمد.یافته: نتایج نشان داد، تحقیق حاضر دارای 98 تا مضامین فرعی است که این مضامین شامل 8 تا مضامین سازمان دهنده عوامل زیست‌محیطی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل سیاسی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل نظارتی، عوامل اجرایی می‌باشد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: در طراحی اماکن ورزشی باید راهکارهای مدیریت سبز را پیش‌بینی و به گونه‌ای عمل نمود که در آینده کم‌ترین هزینه و خرابی ممکن را داشته باشد. همچنین کلیه طرح‌های اماکن ورزشی دارای الزامات و پیوست‌های ‌زیست‌محیطی باشد؛ از این‌رو دستورالمعل مدیریت سبز از سطوح کلان مدیریتی به زیر مجموعه ابلاغ گردد و با سیاست‌های تشویقی و انجام ارزیابی‌های دقیق نسبت به اجرای مدیریت سبز در اماکن ورزشی اقدام نمود.

identifying factors affecting the design and construction of green sports facilities

introduction: the purpose of this research was to identify the effective factors in the design and construction of green sports facilities.methods: the current research method is an application of qualitative research with thematic analysis method. the statistical population of the research included sports management professors, professors and environmental experts, directors of the ministry of sports and the national olympic committee, directors of sports federations of the country, directors of sports venues and doctoral students of sports management, and the statistical sample was selected from among the members of the community using the purposeful sampling method and snowballs were selected. the research tool was a semistructured interview with 15 research experts, which continued until the theoreticalsaturation stage, the validity of the research was confirmed by the relevant experts, and the reliability of the research was obtained using the within-subject agreement method of 72%.results: the results showed that this research has 98 sub-themes, which include 8 organizing themes of environmental factors, economic factors, managerial factors, cultural factors, political factors, social factors, regulatory factors, executive factors.conclusion: in the design of sports facilities, green management solutions should be anticipated and acted in such a way that it has the least possible cost and damage in the future. also, all plans of sports facilities should have environmental requirements and connections; therefore, the green management instruction should be communicated from the macro-management levels to the sub-groups, and the implementation of green management in sports facilities should be carried out with encouragement policies and accurate evaluations.
