ارائه الگوی بهره برداری بهینه از سرمایه انسانی دانشی و مشاغل دانش بنیان با رویکرد توسعه کسب و کارهای ورزشی در استان تهران

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین الگوی بهره‌برداری بهینه از سرمایه انسانی دانشی و مشاغل دانش بنیان با رویکرد توسعه کسب و کارهای ورزشی در استان تهران بوده است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر، به صورت کیفی و منطبق بر رویکرد داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مدیران اجرایی، کارشناسان، اساتید دانشگاهی، نخبگان اقتصاد، اشتغال و کارآفرینی ورزش و آگاه به اقتصاد ورزش و نیروی انسانی در ورزش استان تهران تشکیل داده است. جهت نمونه گیری از الگوی گلوله برفی و تا رسیدن به حد اشباع بهره گرفته شده است. در این راستا، پس از انجام مصاحبه با 19 مشارکت کننده، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. در راستای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از رویکرد داده بنیاد و از الگوی پیشنهادی استراس و کوربن (1990) استفاده شده و از روش کدگذاری جهت شناسایی هر یک از شرایط عِلی، شرایط زمینه ای، شرایط مداخله گر، راهبردها و پی آمدها بهره گرفته شد.یافته: در این پژوهش، پس از انجام مصاحبه و کد گذاری داده ها، در نهایت تعداد 108 کد مستقل اولیه ایجاد شد. نکته‌ای که در این کدها بیش از همه مورد تکرار و توجه قرار گرفته است، توسعه کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان ورزشی بود که به عنوان محور بررسی عوامل عِلی، زمینه ای، مداخله گر، راهبردها و پی آمدها قرار گرفت. از بین کدهای مستخرج، 23 کد مربوط به عوامل عِلی، 20 کد زمینه ای، 17 کد مداخله گر، 28 کد راهبردها و 20 کد مربوط به پی آمدهای توسعه کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان ورزشی بوده است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته های این پژوهش می تواند به عنوان یک الگوی مناسب جهت بهره برداری بهینه از منابع انسانی دانشی و همچنین جهت توسعه مشاغل و کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

the pattern of optimal utilization of knowledge-based human resources and jobs with the approach of developing sports businesses in tehran province

introduction: the aim of the current research was to determine the pattern of optimal utilization of knowledge-based human resources and jobs with the approach of developing sports businesses in tehran province.methods: the research method was qualitative and consistent with the grounded theory. the statistical community includes all executives, experts, and university professors, elites of economics, employment and sports entrepreneurship and knowledgeable about sports economics and human resources in sports in tehran province. for sampling, the snowball pattern has been used until the saturation limit is reached. in this regard, theoretical saturation was achieved after conducting interviews with 19 participants. in order to data analysis, the theory derived from the data and the model proposed by strauss and korbin (1990) were used, and the coding method was used to identify each factors of the causal, contextual, intervening, strategies and the outcomes.results: in this research, after conducting interviews and coding the data, 108 initial independent codes were created. the point that has been repeated and noticed the most in these codes was the development of knowledge-based sports businesses, which was placed as the focal point of examining causal, contextual, intervening, strategies and the outcomes. 23 codes related to causal factors, 20 contextual codes, 17 intervening codes, 28 strategy codes and 20 codes related to the outcomes of the development of knowledge-based sports businesses were identified.conclusion: the findings of this research can be used as a desirable model for the optimal use of knowledge-based human resources as well as for the development of sports knowledge-based jobs and businesses.
