بهره‌وری از اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی مدارس با رویکرد درآمدزایی: یک طرح کیفی

مقدمه:هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل بهره‌وری از اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی مدارس با رویکرد درآمدزایی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف و ماهیت توسعه ای و از لحاظ مسیر اجرا کیفی به روش تحلیل تم بود.روش: گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مطالعه اسناد و مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفت و جامعه آماری شامل افراد صاحب نظری بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و نهایتا در سطح 12 نفر به اشباع رسیده شد اما در جهت افزایش اعتبار و همچنین پوشش کلیه مولفه ها، نمونه گیری تا 14 نفر ادامه یافت. روایی و پایایی پژوهش به روش گوبا و لینکلن (2000)، با چهار معیار اعتبار، انتقال پذیری، اطمینان پذیری و تایید پذیری انجام شد.یافته ها: با توجه به روش پژوهش، از ترکیب پیشینه و مصاحبه تعداد 52 مفهوم اولیه (کد باز) و 8 مفهوم یا مضمون اصلی شناسایی شد که اعتبار سنجی مفاهیم با روش خبره سنجی به سبک لاوشه توسط 11 نفر از متخصصین صورت گرفت که 48 مولفه تایید شد. بحث و نتیجه گیری:در نهایت با توجه به یافته ها، 48 شاخص در قالب 8 عامل اصلی بدست آمد که در نتیجه عوامل خلق درآمد، واگذاری و خصوصی سازی، قوانین و مقررات، محیطی، مالی و اقتصادی، مدیریتی، بازاریابی و عامل زمینه ساز، در جهت بهبود بهره‌وری اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی آموزش‌وپرورش در جهت درآمدزایی موثر بودند.

productivity of schools sports places and spaces with monetizing approach: a qualitative plan

introduction: the purpose of the present study was to design a model of the efficiency of sports places and spaces in schools with a monetizing approach.methods: the research method was developmental in terms of purpose and nature and qualitative in term of the theme analysis method. semi-structured in-depth exploratory interviews were utilized as a research instrument, and the statistical population comprised expert who were selected by purposeful sampling and snowball technique, and finally,saturation was reached at the level of the 12 participants. however, the sample recruitment continued up to 14 individuals to increase credibility and cover all components. the validity and reliability of the research were carried out according to themethod of goya and lincoln (2000), which includes four criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability.results: the combination of literature and interview identified 52 primary concepts (open code) and 8 main concepts or themes. the concepts were validated by 11 specialists using the lavshe style method, wherein 48 components were confirmed.conclusion: finally, according to the results, 48 indicators in the form of 8 main factors (monetizing, transfer and privatization, laws and regulations, environmental, financial and economic, management factors, marketing, and predisposing factors) were provided for monetizing purposes through improving the productivity of educational sports places and spaces.
