ارائه مدل رهبری اخلاقی در سازمان‌های مردم نهاد ورزشی

مقدمه:هدف این مطالعه ارائه مدل رهبری اخلاقی در سازمان‌های مردم نهاد ورزشی است که برحسب تجربه زیسته پژوهشگر از ساده‌لوحی اخلاقی و کج‌رویی اخلاقی در امان نیستند.روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش کیفی و رویکرد آن تحلیل مضمون است. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش را دبیران سمن‌های ورزشی، اعضای مجمع ملی سازمان‌های مردم نهاد جوانان و اساتید دانشگاه تشکیل می‌دادند. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و استراتژی آن از نوع گلوله‌برفی بود و مبتنی بر اشباع‌نظری با 18 نفر مصاحبه شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته برای ارزیابی اعتبار و قابلیت اطمینان به نتایج از راهبردهای باورپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، تاییدپذیری و قابلیت اعتماد استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون، الگوی پیشنهادی اترید-استرلینگ (2001) در سه مرحله کدگذاری استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد مدل رهبری اخلاقی در سمن‌های ورزشی دارای 80 مضمون پایه، 16 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 4 مضمون فراگیر به‌نام‌های انگیزه رهبر اخلاق‌مدار، اصول رهبری اخلاق‌مدار، رفتار رهبر اخلاق‌مدار، نتیجه رفتار رهبری اخلاقی است.نتیجه گیری: دلیل رهبری اخلاقی را می‌توان انگیزه خدمت‌رسانی، انگیزه اجتماعی و نگرانی از نقض اصول اخلاقی جستجو کرد که در ادامه با تکلیف‌گرایی، مصلحت‌گرایی و عقلانیت‌گرایی تجلی پیدا می‌کند و با انجام رفتارهای اخلاقی منجر به مشروعیت رهبری، اثرات نگرشی، وفاداری پیروان و در نهایت پیامدهای عملکردی مثبت می‌شود که در این پژوهش نشانگرهای آن قید شده است.

presentation of an ethical leadership model in non-governmental sports organizations

introduction: the aim of this study is to present an ethical leadership model in nongovernmental sports organizations that goes beyond simplistic morality and ethical misconduct based on the researcher's lived experience.methods: the research method used in this qualitative study is content analysis. theparticipants in this research were sports association secretaries, members of the national assembly of youth non-governmental organizations, and university professors. the purposivesampling method was employed, and the snowball sampling strategy was utilized, with 18 individuals being interviewed. semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data, andcredibility, transferability, conformability, and dependability were ensured through trustworthy strategies. the proposed ethredge-sterling (2001) coding pattern was used in three stages for data analysis. results: the results revealed that the ethical leadership model in sports associations consists of 80 basic themes, 16 organizing themes, and 4 universal themes, namely ethical leadership motivation, ethical leadership principles, ethical leadership behavior, and the outcomes of ethical leadership behavior.conclusion: these findings indicate that the rationale for ethical leadership can be sought in the motivation for serving others, social motivation, and concern for ethical principles.furthermore, it manifests in task-orienteers, utilitarianism, and rationality, leading to ethical behaviors that result in leadership legitimacy, attitudinal effects, follower loyalty, and ultimately positive performance outcomes, as indicated by the indicators in this study.
