شناسایی ابعاد موثر در توسعۀ ملی شطرنج ایران

هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی ابعاد موثر در توسعۀ ملی شطرنج ایران است. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده روش زمینه‌یابی و از نوع اکتشافی بود و اطلاعات مورد نیاز تحقیق با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی و مصاحبه با خبرگان به‌دست آمد. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل استادان دانشگاهی با تخصص در زمینۀ شطرنج کشور در رده‌های مختلف و سطوح ملی و بین‌المللی بود. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت نظری بود و ابزار تحقیق پروتکل مصاحبه با خبرگان تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود (17مصاحبه با 14 نفر) که از سه نفر از خبرگان دو مرتبه مصاحبه انجام پذیرفت. همچنین پایایی مصاحبه‌ها از روش باز آزمون (0.83) به دست آمد. در مجموع، داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شدند که شامل 27 کد محوری هستند، که به‌طورکلی این عوامل در قالب 9 مفهوم اصلی توسعۀ ملی شطرنج ایران شامل استعدادیابی و آموزش‌ و پرورش ورزشکاران، هماهنگی و ارتباطات بین سازمانی، عوامل مدیریتی و برنامه‌ریزی، بودجه و منابع مالی، توسعۀ مربیان و نیروی انسانی، تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری، مسابقات و اردوهای ورزشی، انگیزش و حمایت از منابع انسانی و شرایط اقلیمی اند. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، توجه به عوامل مذکور موجب توسعه و پیشرفت شطرنج در سطح ملی خواهد شد.

Identifying The Effective Dimensions of National Chess Development in Iran

The aim of the present study was to identify the effective dimensions of national chess development in Iran. The research method was exploratory and the required information was obtained through documentary studies and interviews with experts. The statistical population consisted of university professors specializing in country chess in different ranks and national and international levels. The sampling method was theoretical and the research instrument was the interview protocol with experts until theoretical saturation (17 interviews with 14 people) was done by three secondtime experts. The reliability of the interviews was obtained by the testretest method (0.83). Overall, the data were identified and categorized using open, axial, and selective coding, comprising 27 axial codes, generally in the form of 9 main concepts of national chess development in Iran, including Athletes' Talent and Education, Interorganizational coordination and communication, management and planning factors, budgeting and funding, coaching and human resources development, hardware, competitions and camps, motivation and support for human resources and climatic conditions. According to the research findings considering the above factors will lead to the development of chess at the national level.
