ارائه مدل توسعه فوتبال ایران با تاکید بر مقدمات حضور بانوان تماشاگر

هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدل توسعه فوتبال ایران با تاکید بر مقدمات حضور بانوان تماشاگر بود. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، توسعه‌ای و ازنظر راهبرد، اکتشافی است که به‌صورت کیفی اجرا شد.جامعه پژوهش، اساتید و نخبگان در زمینه مدیریت ورزشی بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و تحت مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد، تجزیه‌وتحلیل و کدگذاری داده‌ها در سه مرحله انجام شد و پنج‌تن از مشارکت‌کنندگان با تایید یافته‌های پژوهش، روایی و پایایی کدگذاری ها را تایید نمودند. نتایج نشان داد مدل به‌دست‌آمده از سه بخش تشکیل‌شده است که در سطح اول مدل، ده مقوله بر مقدمات حضور بانوان تماشاگر در استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران اثرگذار می‌باشد و در بخش دوم مدل، مقدمات حضور بر احتمال حضور حداکثری تماشاگران و هواداران موثر است و در سطح سوم ، حضور حداکثری بر توسعه فوتبال ایران موثر است. یافته‌های پژوهش به مدیران و مسئولان ورزشی بخش فوتبال کشور کمک خواهد کرد تا مقدمات حضور بانوان تماشاگر در استادیوم های فوتبال را فراهم نمایند تا توسعه بین‌المللی فوتبال کشور تسریع و تسهیل گردد

Presenting the Model of Football Development in Iran with Emphasis on the Preconditions of the Presence of Female Spectators

The purpose of this study was to present a model of football development in Iran with an emphasis on the preconditions of the presence of female spectators. This research is developmental as purpose aspect, exploratory research as a strategy aspect that was implemented as a qualitative method. The population of this research study was faculty members and elites in sport management that were selected as purposeful and snowball and were subjected to semistructured interviews. Based on Grounded Theory Method, analysis and coding of the data were performed in three stages, and five of the participants confirmed the validity of the coding by verifying the findings of the research. The results showed the model is composed of three parts. At the first level of the model, ten categories affect the preconditions of the presence of female spectators in Iranian football stadiums. In the second part of the model, the preconditions for the presentation are effective on likely presence of the maximum of spectators and fans and at the third level, the maximum presence is effective on the development of football in Iran. The research findings will help sports managers and officials to provide the preconditions for the presence of female spectators in football stadiums to accelerate and facilitate international football development in Iran.
