تحلیل شاخص‌های بهره‌وری فدراسیون‌های ورزشی در بُعد قهرمانی به تفکیک مولفه‌ها (مادی، مالی، انسانی)

در این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل شاخص‌های بهره‌وری بعد قهرمانی به تفکیک مولفه‌ها (مادی، مالی، انسانی) درفدراسیون های ورزشی ایران از طریق طرح پژوهشی زمینه یابی که تحت تاثیر دامنه زمانی محدود، به‌عنوان طرح زمینه‌یابی روند پژوهی معرفی می‌شود و با بهره گیری از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. روایی محتوایی، صوری، ظاهری و ملاکی پرسشنامه بررسی و مورد تایید قرار گرفت همچنین پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ آزمون شد و با ضریب 92/0 ضریب اعتبار مطلوبی بدست آمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران ارشد 24 فدراسیون المپیکی ایران شامل گروه‌های پایه، توپی و راکتی بود که با توجه به تعداد محدود، تمام فدراسیون‌ها به‌صورت کل شمار به‌عنوان نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شد. در راستای تحلیل های آمار استنباطی، از مدل‌های آماری t تک گروهی (به‌منظور بررسی دیدگاه کارشناسان و مدیران فدراسیون های المپیکی نسبت به شاخص‌های بهره‌وری) و بهره گیری از روش لی هی و اولویت بندی میزان ضرایب t، ارزیابی شاخص‌های بهره‌وری در وضعیت موجود نشان داد که مولفه‌های مادی، مالی و انسانی در بُعد قهرمانی پایین‌تر از سطح استاندارد است.

Analysis of productivity indices of sport federations in the championship dimension by component (material, financial, human)

According to inferential statistics analysis, ttest statistical models (in order to assess the views of experts and managers of Olympic federations in relation to productivity indices), and using the method of lysis and prioritization, the coefficients t, showed that the Iranian sports federations in the champion component show lower standard productivity in financial, material, and human components.
