طراحی مدل ارتباطی اعتماد به مربی و ابعاد فرایند عملکرد تیمی در لیگ دسته اول باشگاه‌های فوتبال ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل ارتباطی اعتماد به مربی و ابعاد فرایند عملکرد تیمی در لیگ دسته اول باشگاه‌های فوتبال ایران بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی پیمایشی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری است که به‌صورت میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیۀ بازیکنان لیگ دسته اول فوتبال ایران در سال 1395 بودند (450 = n)؛ که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 200 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای تحقیق از دو پرسشنامۀ استاندارد اعتماد به رهبری سندجایا و پکرتی (2010) و همچنین پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساختۀ عملکرد تیمی، استفاده شد. به‌منظور تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهره‌گیری شد که این ضریب برای پرسشنامه‌های اعتماد به مربی و عملکرد تیمی به‌ترتیب 0.84 و 0.94 به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیر اعتماد به مربی بر عملکرد تیمی با ضریب تاثیر (0.73) تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر اهمیت نقش متغیر اعتماد به مربی بر عملکرد تیمی است، بنابراین باید شرایطی را به‌وجود آورد که اعتماد به‌صورت رابطۀ مثبت و معقول بین ورزشکاران و مربی ایجاد شود.

The Design of the Relationship Model for Trust in Coach and Dimensions of the Process of Teamwork in the First Division League of Football Clubs in Iran

The aim of this study was to design a relationship model for trust in the coach and the dimensions of teamwork process in the first division league of Iran football clubs. The research method was descriptivesurvey based on structural equation modeling that was conducted as a field experiment. The statistical population included all players of Iran football first division league in 2016 (N=450). 200 subjects were selected as the sample of the study by convenience sampling method. To measure the variables of the study, two standard questionnaires (leadership trust by Senjaya and Pekerti (2010), and a researchermade teamwork questionnaire) were used. In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. The coefficients for the questionnaires of trust in coach and teamwork were 0.84 and 0.94 respectively. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling) were used. The results showed that the trust in coach variable had a direct and significant effect on teamwork (impact factor: 0.73). The findings indicated the important role of trust in coach variable in teamwork; therefore, trust as a positive and rational relationship should emerge between athletes and coaches.
