بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ سازمان‌های ورزشی حکمت‌محور

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ سازمان‌های ورزشی حکمت‌محور طراحی و اجرا شد. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع پیمایشی بود. تحقیق حاضر در دو بخش شناسایی عوامل موثر و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر طراحی شد. در بخش اول جامعۀ آماری شامل استادان دانشگاهی، دانشجویان دکتری و مدیران و کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند که به‌صورت انتخاب در دسترس 200 نفر از آنان به‌عنوان نمونۀ تحقیق مشخص شدند. همچنین در بخش دوم جامعۀ آماری شامل خبرگان آگاه در حوزۀ حکمت‌محوری در ورزش بودند که به‌صورت انتخاب گلوله‌برفی تعداد 17 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ تحقیق مشخص شدند. ابزار تحقیق حاضر در بخش اول شامل پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته‌ای بود. در تحقیق حاضر از روش‌های آماری تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و روش ahp گروهی استفاده شد. کلیۀ روند تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق حاضر در نرم‌افزارهای spss و super decisions انجام گرفت. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که 5 عامل (فرهنگی، انسانی، رهبری، محیطی و چشم‌انداز) حدود 75 درصد از واریانس‌های توسعۀ حکمت‌محوری را تبیین کردند. نتایج رتبه‌بندی نشان داد که عوامل رهبری با نمرۀ نرمال 0.318 مهم‌ترین عامل در مسیر ایجاد سازمان‌های ورزشی حکمت‌محور است. با این توجه بهبود حکمت‌محوری در سازمان‌های ورزشی بستگی زیادی به رهبری و شاخص‌های مرتبط با آن دارد که سبب ایجاد شرایط جهت بهبود حکمت‌محوری در سازمان‌های ورزشی می‌شود.

The Study of Factors Affecting the Development of Wisdom-Oriented Sport Organizations

The aim of this study was to investigate those factors affecting the development of wisdomoriented sport organizations. The research method was survey. The present study was designed to identify and prioritize effective factors. In the first part, the statistical population consisted of university professors, PhD students and managers and experts of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, and 200 of them were selected as the sample of the study by convenience sampling method. In the second part, the statistical population consisted of experts in the field of wisdom in sport, and 17 of them were selected as the sample by snowball sampling method. In the first part, a researchermade questionnaire was used. In this study, exploratory factor analysis and group AHP method were used. The whole process of analyzing the data was performed in SPSS and Super Decisions software. The results showed that 5 factors (cultural, human, leadership, environment and vision) explained about 75% of the variances of wisdomoriented development. The results of the ranking showed that leadership factors with a normal score of 0.318 were most important in the development of wisdomoriented sport organizations. Therefore, the improvement of wisdomorientation in sport organizations depends largely on leadership and its related indicators, which creates conditions to improve wisdomorientation in sport organizations.
