طراحی مدل نظام جامع ارزیابی عملکرد هیات‌های کشتی ایران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل نظام جامع ارزیابی عملکرد هیات‌های کشتی ایران بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی و از دستۀ تحقیقات (آمیخته) بوده که به شکل میدانی اجرا شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش مسئولان (رئیس، نواب رئیس و دبیر) هیات‌های ورزشی کشتی استان‌های کشور و همچنین مدیران ستادی فدراسیون کشتی، مدیران تیم‌های ملی رده‌های مختلف و خبرگان در مجموع به تعداد (230=n) بودند و نمونۀ آماری برابر با حجم جامعه در نظر گرفته شد. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پس از مصاحبه با خبرگان از پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته که روایی آن توسط 10 تن از استادان مدیریت ورزشی و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 0.82 به‌دست آمد، استفاده شد. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های توصیفی و آزمون‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که عوامل نظام جامع ارزیابی عملکرد را می‌توان در ده عامل طبقه‌بندی کرد که عبارت‌اند از: توسعۀ منابع مالی، عوامل مدیریتی، توسعۀ ساختار و امکانات، توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی، توسعۀ قهرمانی، توسعۀ فرهنگی، علمی و پژوهشی، آموزشی، مسئولیت مدنی و اقدامات کاری و دستاوردها. ازاین‌رو توان پیشگویی این مدل براساس مجموع واریانس عامل‌ها برابر با 70.91 درصد است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عامل تاییدی نشان داد که رابطۀ تمامی عامل‌های ده‌گانه با مفهوم ارزیابی عملکرد معنادار است. میانگین نمرۀ نظام جامع ارزیابی عملکرد هیات‌های کشتی ایران به‌مراتب بهتر و بالاتر از میانگین فرضی است. در نهایت نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معناداری بین میانگین رتبه‌های عامل‌های نظام جامع ارزیابی عملکرد وجود دارد. در نهایت نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود مدل نظام جامع ارزیابی عملکرد ابزاری قابل اطمینان و معتبری است که می‌توان برای ارزیابی عملکرد هیات‌های ورزشی در حوزۀ کشتی از آن استفاده کرد.

Designing a Comprehensive System Model to Evaluate the Performance of Iran Wrestling Board

The aim of this study was to design a comprehensive system model to evaluate the performance of Iran wrestling board. The method of this study was descriptive and mixed that was conducted as a field. The statistical population consisted of the officials (chairman, vicechairman and secretary) of the wrestling boards of Iran provinces, as well as the presidents of the wrestling federation, the managers of national teams in different levels and experts (N=230), and the statistical sample was considered equal to the population. In order to collect data, a researchermade questionnaire was used after interviews with experts. The validity of this questionnaire was assessed by 10 sport management professors and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha (0.82). For data analysis, descriptive indexes and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests were used. The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that the factors of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation could be classified into 10 factors: financial resources development, management factors, structure and facilities development, human resources empowerment, championship development, cultural development, scientific and research development, educational development, civil responsibility, and action and achievements. Therefore, the prediction ability of this model was 70.91% based on total factor variances. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the relationship of all ten factors with the concept of performance evaluation was significant. The mean score of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation of Iran wrestling board was better and higher than the hypothetical mean. Finally, the results showed a significant difference in the mean of the factors of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation. It is concluded that the model of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation is a reliable tool that can be used to evaluate the performance of wrestling board.
