تاثیر هوش سیاسی بر انتخاب سبک‌های مدیریت تعارض(مطالعۀ موردی: مدیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر هوش سیاسی بر انتخاب سبک‌های مدیریت تعارض بین مدیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران است. این پژوهش، براساس هدف از پژوهش‌های کاربردی و از حیث شیوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها، پژوهشی توصیفی همبستگی مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعة آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران عالی، میانی و عملیاتی فدراسیون‌های ورزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به تعداد 584 نفر است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و فرمول مورگان تعداد نمونۀ مورد نیاز 232 نفر برآورد شد. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامۀ هوش سیاسی دوستار و همکاران (1395) و پرسشنامۀ سبک‌های مدیریت تعارض رابینز (1993) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با نظرخواهی از 13 نفر از استادان مدیریت ورزشی تایید شد و پایایی آن در مطالعۀ مقدماتی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب 0.89 و 0.83 به‌دست آمد. یافته‌های تحقیق از طریق روش معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی (pls-sem) نشان داد که هوش سیاسی مدیران بر سبک‌های مدیریت تعارض همکاری، مصالحه و توافق تاثیر می‌گذارد و مدیران با سطح هوش سیاسی بالاتر معمولاً از سبک‌های همکاری، مصالحه و توافق بیشتر استفاده می‌کنند. در نتیجه مدیران با هوش سیاسی بالا سبک‌های مثبت مدیریت تعارض را انتخاب می‌کنند و موجب اثربخشی سازمان می‌شود.

The effect of Political Intelligence on Choice of Conflict Management Styles(A Case Study; Sports Federations)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of political intelligenceon the selection of conflict management styles among managers of Iraniansports federations. This research is based on the purpose of applied research andin terms of collecting data, a descriptive research was a correlation based onstructural equations. The statistical population of the study includes 584 highs,middle and operational managers of sports federations of the Islamic Republicof Iran, Using random sampling method and Morgan formula, the sample sizewas estimated to be 232 people. In order to measure the variables, the Dostar and et alquestionnaire (2016) and Robbins Conflict Management Style Questionnaire(1993) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by a surveyof 13 sports management professors and its reliability was respectively 0.89 and0.83 in a preliminary study through Cronbach's alpha. The findings of the studythrough structural equation modeling with partial least squares (PLSSEM)approach showed that the political intelligence of managers effect oncooperative, compromise and agreement conflict management style. Managerswith a high level of the political intelligence usually use cooperative, compromiseand agreement conflict styles. As a result, managers with high politicalintelligence will select the positive styles of the conflict management, which it willmake the organization more effective.
