مطالعه تطبیقی راهبردهای ورزش قهرمانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کشورهای منتخب (انگلستان، استرالیا، کره جنوبی، کانادا ، قزاقستان و آفریقای جنوبی)با تاکید بر بازیهای المپیک (1996 2016)

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی راهبردهای ورزش قهرمانی کشورهای منتخب با تاکید بر بازیهای المپیک و مقایسه آن با کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. روش گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز، مطالعات کتابخانه ای بوده و با توجه به ماهیت مطالعه از روش تطبیقی چهار مرحله ای؛ توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه برای توصیف و تحلیل اطلاعات استفاده شد. کشورهای منتخب بررسی شده در پژوهش شامل انگلستان، استرالیا، کره جنوبی، کانادا، قزاقستان و آفریقای جنوبی می باشد. کشورها از پنج قاره مختلف انتخاب شده و علت انتخاب کشورها، سیر صعودی بی نظیر و چشمگیر انگلستان از المپیک 1996 آتلانتا تاکنون، حضور مستمر استرالیا و کره جنوبی در جمع ده کشور برتر جدول رده بندی توزیع مدال در شش دوره اخیر المپیک، قرار گرفتن کانادا در جایگاهی نسبتاً ثابت و قزاقستان و آفریقای جنوبی با وضعیتی تقریباً مشابه شرایط کشورمان در این جدول بوده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که درکشورهای منتخب برای ورزش قهرمانی راهبردهای مدوّنی تدوین شده و تا حدودی در رسیدن به اهداف خود موفق بوده اند. نظام ورزش قهرمانی کشورمان نیز دارای راهبردی مدوّن بوده ولی برخی ارکان مهم توسعه ی ورزش قهرمانی مانند میزبانی از رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی در آن مدنظر قرار نگرفته و بعضی از اهداف محقق نشده و سبب آن شده اند که ورزش قهرمانی کشور به شکل مطلوبی توسعه نیابد.

comparative Study of Islamic Republic of Iran and Selected Countries Elite Sport Strategies (England, Australia, South Korea, Canada, Kazakhstan and South Africa), Emphasizing the Olympic Games (1996-2016)

The purpose of this study evaluating strategies for the elite sports of selected countries emphasizing the Olympic Games and compared to the Islamic Republic of Iran. Method of gathering required information was library studies and due to the nature of the study, the comparative method; four stages: description, interpretation, neighborhood and comparison were used to describe and analyze information. Selected countries reviewed in the research includes England, Australia, South Korea, Canada, Kazakhstan and South Africa. Countries are selected from five different continents and The reason for choosing countries; the UK's notable upswing from the 1996 Atlanta Olympics so far, continuing Australian and South Korean presence in top ten nations medal distribution standings in the last six Olympic periods, placement Canada at a relatively stable position and Kazakhstan and South Africa, have been in a situation that is almost the same as our country's position on this table. Research results show that in selected countries for the elite sports strategy are codified and have almost succeeded in achieving their goals. Our elite sports system has a Codified strategy but some important elements of the elite sport development like hosting major sports events, is not considered and some goals are not met and have caused that the national elite sports will not be developed properly.
