تحلیل وضعیت و مقایسۀ اشتغال‌زایی مدیران باشگاه‌های ورزشی با تحصیلات تربیت ‌بدنی و غیر تربیت‌ بدنی

هدف تحقیق حاضر تحلیل وضعیت و مقایسۀ اشتغال زایی مدیران باشگاه های ورزشی با تحصیلات تربیت بدنی و غیر تربیت بدنی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی ی مقایسه ای بود. جامعۀ آماری، کلیۀ مدیران باشگاه های ورزشی شهر تهران بودند که 65 نفر از آنها براساس نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته پس از تایید روایی و پایایی برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه دارای 28 گویه است که وضعیت اشتغال زایی را اندازه می گیرد. از آزمون توزیع دوجمله ای برای تعیین وضعیت اشتغال زایی و از آزمون یومن ویتنی برای مقایسۀ اشتغال زایی مدیران استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد میانگین اشتغال زایی مدیران باشگاه های ورزشی شهر تهران با تحصیلات تربیت بدنی به شکل معنا داری از حد متوسط بالاتر است، درحالی که وضعیت اشتغال زایی مدیران فاقد تحصیلات دانشگاهی باشگاه های ورزشی استان تهران در وضعیت متوسط قرار دارد. نتایج آزمون یومن ویتنی نشان داد که بین اشتغال زایی مدیران باشگاه ها با تحصیلات تربیت بدنی و غیر تربیت بدنی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (0/834=p، 0/209=z). براساس یافته های پژوهش، توجه به مهارت های اشتغال زایی در تربیت دانشجویان تربیت بدنی غفلت شده که ضروری است به این موارد توجه شود.

Situation Analysis and Comparison of Job Creation of Sport Club Managers with Physical Education and Non-Physical Education Degrees

The aim of this study was to analyze the situation and to compare job creation of sport club managers with physical education and nonphysical education degrees. The research method was descriptive causalcomparative. The statistical population included all managers of sport clubs in Tehran city and 65 subjects were selected by stratified random sampling method. A researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data after its validity and reliability were confirmed. The questionnaire had 28 items that measured job creation. Binomial distribution test was used to determine job creation situation and the U Mann Whitney test was used to compare job creation among managers. The findings showed that the mean job creation of sport club managers with physical education degree in Tehran city was significantly higher than the average level while the job creation situation of managers without academic education in sport clubs of Tehran province was in the middle position. The results of the U Mann Whitney test showed no significant difference in the job creation between the managers with physical education and nonphysical education degrees (P=0.834, Z= 0.209). According to these findings, job creation skills in physical education students have received no attention and it is necessary to pay attention to these issues.
