تدوین مدل اندازه‌گیری آسیب‌های رفتاری مربیان لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل اندازه گیری آسیب های رفتاری در مربیان لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی تحلیلی است که به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. به منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را منتخبی از مربیان خبرۀ فوتبال ایران که حائز شرایط شاخص های مورد نظر تحقیق بودند، تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و ...)، استنباطی (مدل معادلات ساختاری) و از نمودار qq plot برای تشخیص وضعیت توزیع نرمالیتۀ متغیرها استفاده شد. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش مولفه های ارتباطات غیررسمی، مهارت های عمومی، شخصیت، دانش تخصصی، نگرش و مولفۀ اخلاق فردی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر آسیب شناسی رفتاری مربیان دارد. به طور کلی فدراسیون فوتبال می تواند با ایجاد ساختار نظام مند و ایجاد ساختارهای قوی نظارتی و ممیزی در باشگاه ها و نظارت دقیق، فرهنگ سازی و آموزش به مربیان و تشخیص اینکه مربیان در ابتدای ورود به جرگۀ مربیگری از انعطاف پذیری لازم با محیط، سازگاری شخصیت یا سرسختی ذهنی در برخورد با موقعیت های متفاوت در فوتبال برخوردارند، جلوی بروز بسیاری از مشکلات و آسیب های رفتاری را در ایشان بگیرد.

Developing a Model to Measure Behavioral Problems in Coaches of Iran Football Premier League

The aim of this study was to develop a model to measure behavioral problems in coaches of Iran football premier league using a structural equation model. The study was descriptive analytical conducted as a field. In order to achieve the research goals, we used a researchermade questionnaire. To achieve the aims of the study, a researchermade questionnaire was used. The statistical populations consisted of selected Iranian certified football coaches who were eligible to participate in the study who were selected using snowball sampling method. For data analysis, descriptive (mean, standard deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics (structural equation model) were used and QQ plot was applied to determine if the variables were normally distributed. According to the findings, the components of informal communications, general skills, personality, specialized knowledge, attitude and personal ethics had a positive and significant effect on behavioral pathology in coaches. Generally, Football Federation is able to prevent many behavioral problems in coaches through the development of a systematic structure and strong monitoring and auditing structures in the clubs, strict monitoring, the development of culture and training of coaches and the ability to recognize if coaches have the necessary flexibility with the environment, personality compatibility or mental subtlety in various situations in football at the beginning of their coaching.
