بررسی تحلیلی نظریه دولت در اندیشه رابرت نوزیک

رابرت نوزیک از نظریه‌پردازان برجستۀ اواخر سده بیستم در حوزه فلسفه سیاسی است که با نگارش کتاب آنارشی، دولت و آرمانشهر به شهرت رسید. او در این کتاب با مبنایی آنارشیستی و با اتکا به برخی از بنیادهای اندیشه جان لاک، به ترسیم نظریه «دولت حداقلی» می‌پردازد و با تبیین روند تحول از «وضع طبیعی» به «جامعه مدنی» در قرائت خاص خود، در نهایت تصویری آرمانشهری از دولت حداقل ارائه می‌دهد. سوال اصلی این پژوهش این است که شکل‌گیری و تکوین نظریه دولت حداقلی در اندیشه رابرت نوزیک بر چه مبانی و پایه‌هایی استوار است و این دولت چه ویژگی‌هایی دارد؟ نوزیک در مقابل نظریه عدالت توزیعی، بر نظریۀ عدالت استحقاقی پای ‌فشرد و با این مبنا اثبات کرد که اجرای این نظریه نیازمند دولت گسترده‌تری نیست و به این ترتیب تمام تئوری‌های دیگر مثل نظر راولز را که درصدد توجیه دولت رفاه بوروکراتیک بودند، به چالش کشید. این مقاله می‌کوشد تا با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و همچنین با تعمقی در مبانی نظریه دولت رابرت نوزیک، ضمن ارائۀ تصویری از اندیشۀ دولت حداقلی، با بهره‌گیری از نظرهای دیگر اندیشمندان به نقد نظرهای رابرت نوزیک بپردازد.

robert nozick is a prominent theorist of the late twentieth century in the field of political philosophy, who gained fame with his book anarchy, state, and utopia. in this book, based on an anarchistic foundation and relying on some of the principles of john locke’s thought, he outlines the theory of a minimal state and, through his specific interpretation of the transition from the state of nature to civil society, ultimately presents an idealized vision of a minimal government. the main question of this research is what foundations and principles underlie the formation and development of the theory of minimal government in nozick’s thought, and what characteristics does this government possess? in contrast to the theory of distributive justice, nozick insisted on the theory of entitlement justice and demonstrated that the implementation of this theory does not require a broader government. in this way, he challenged all other theories, such as rawls’s, which sought to justify a bureaucratic welfare state. this article aims to provide a depiction of the minimal state concept while critically analyzing nozick’s views using a descriptive-analytical method and library resources, as well as reflecting on the theories of other thinkers
