واکاوی مفهومی معیارهای برابری و نابرابری در نظریه‌های عدالت و عدالت جنسیتی

مسئله این مقاله واکاوی معیار جنسیت به‌مثابۀ معیار اصلی در عدالت جنسیتی و به‌منظور درک نسبت میان آن و معیارهای مطرح در نظریه‌های مهم عدالت است. این معیارها عبارت‌اند از انصاف، نیاز، شایستگی. فمینیست‌ها نیز معیار جدیدی اضافه کرده و موضوع عدالت جنسیتی را پیش کشیده‌اند. مقالۀ حاضر به این پرسش پاسخ خواهد داد که جنسیت و عدالت جنسیتی به‌عنوان یک مفهوم متطور به چه معنا هستند و چه نسبتی با معیارهای مطرح در نظریه‌های عدالت دارند؟ بر این اساس، هدف از این مقاله این است که با واکاوی دقیق مفهوم جنسیت، بدانیم نسبت میان معیارها در نظریه‌های مهم عدالت با جنسیت چیست. روش این پژوهش گردآوری داده‌ها و سپس تحلیل محتوای آنهاست. نتایج این پژوهش عبارت است از: نظریه‌های عدالت تا حد زیادی کورجنس بوده و مبدا قریب به اتفاق این نظریات دانش اقتصاد و علوم سیاسی‌اند. فمینیست‌ها به نظریه‌های اصلی عدالت بی‌اعتنا بوده‌اند، چنانکه در این نظریه‌ها نیز به جنسیت توجه چندانی نشده است. تنها در نظریۀ جان رالز و نوشته‌های او اشاراتی به مفاهیم کلیدی فمینیستی شده است و برای وی جنسیت زنان همان قدر اهمیت دارند که سایر طبقات ضعیف در جامعه مانند معلولان، فقرا. سایر نظریه‌ها بیشتر به کلان تفکر اصلی نظریه‌پرداز متعهدند تا بخواهند مسائل گروهی مانند زنان را حل کنند. اگرچه فمینیست‌ها کوشیده‌اند که ربط خود را با نظریه‌های عدالت به‌گونه‌ای حفظ کنند، آنها در اصل تنها به برابری متعهدند. به همین سبب، عدالت جنسیتی در واقع قرائتی زنانه از نظریه برابری در نتایج است و به‌عنوان یک استراتژی در مرحلۀ گذار به برابری جنسیتی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.

conceptual analysis of equality and inequality criteria in justice and gender justice theories

the purpose of this article is to analyze gender as the main criterion in gender justice, and figure out the relationship between gender justice and the important criteria in theories of justice which are fairness, needs, and merit. feminists have also added a new dimension, namely gender equality. the present article will answer what is meant by gender and gender justice as an evolving concept and how they relate to the criteria in theories of justice. accordingly, the purpose of this article is to scrutinize the concept of gender, to know what the relationship between criteria in important theories of justice with gender is. the method is to collect data and then analyze their content. the results of this study are as follows: theories of justice have neglected gender as a criterion, as their main source is economics and political science. feminists have disregarded the basic theories of justice, as little attention has been paid to gender in these theories. only john rawls’s theory and his writings have alluded to key feminist concepts; to him women are as important as other weak classes in society, such as the disabled and the poor. other theories are more committed to microthinking than to theories of group issues such as women. although feminists have tried to maintain their connection with theories of justice in some way, they seem only to be committed to equality. therefore, gender justice is in fact a feminist reading of the theory of equality in outcomes and has been considered as a strategy in the transition phase to gender equality.
