انسانِ تعین‌ناپذیر در اندیشه پیکودِلا میراندولا؛ بنیانی برای حقوق بشر غربی

اندیشمندان دوره رنسانس، به‌واسطه اینکه تجلی‌گاه یک دوران جدید بودند، از اندیشه‌های بکری برخوردارند. پیکودلا میراندولا (1494-1463م) با وجود گمنام بودن در تاریخ فلسفه، نقشی بسزا در نگاه غربی به انسان بازی کرد. نگاه او به مسئله کرامت انسان و جایگاهش در این مقوله بنیادین در تاریخ فکر غرب، بررسی اندیشه او را چنان پرمعنا می‌کند که می‌توان وی را از تاثیرگذارترین اندیشمندان در مسئله حقوق بشر در عصر کنونی دانست. با کمک تشریح اندیشه میراندولا، به‌نوعی به تشریح اندیشه غرب در مقوله کرامت انسان و حقوق بشر خواهیم پرداخت. بر این اساس سوال محوری در این پژوهش این است که: «مبنای کرامت‌مندی انسان در اندیشه میراندولا چیست و این مبنا چه نسبتی با حق انسان برقرار می‌کند؟» برای یافتن پاسخ پرسشمان براساس رویکرد هرمنوتیک فلسفی گادامر به گفت‌وگو با متون میراندولا می‌پردازیم. میراندولا از انسان تعین‌ناپذیر سخن می‌گوید که حق قانون‌گذاری و تعیین سرنوشت خود را بنا به انتخاب خود دارد. این دیدگاه پیامدهای حقوق بشری مستقیمی دارد و به‌مثابه نخ تسبیحی است که اندیشه حقوق بشری معاصر را به اندیشه رنسانسی میراندولا متصل می‌کند.

Chameleon Man in the Thought of Pico della Mirandola; a Foundation for Western Human Rights

Renaissance thinkers have pristine ideas since they were the manifestation of a new era. Mirandola (14631494) despite being obscure in the history of philosophy, played a role in Western thinking. His view of the issue of human dignity and its place on this fundamental issue in the history of Western intellectual makes study his thinking so meaningful. So, he can be considered one of the most influential thinkers on the issue of human rights in the present era. With the help of the narrative of Miranda’s thoughts, we will explain Western thought on human dignity and human rights. Accordingly, our central question in this study is: What is the basis of human dignity in the thought of Miranda, and what does the relationship of this basis with the human right? To find out the answer to our question, we focus on Gadamer’s Philosophical Hermeneutic approach to discussing the texts of Mirandola. Mirandola speaks on a chameleon man who has the right to legislate and determine his own destiny. This perspective has direct implications on human rights and is a chain that connects contemporary human rights thought with the thought of Mirandola.
