نقش نظارتی مجلس شورای اسلامی در حمایت از حقوق شهروندی

شهروندی مفهوم نوپا و جدیدی است که با عدالت و برابری ارتباط بسیار زیادی دارد. همچنین در مباحث و تعاملات حقوقی جایگاه ویژه‌ای را به خود اختصاص داده است. شهروندان به‌عنوان عضوی از جامعه، در مسائل مختلف جامعه با یکدیگر همکاری دارند و حقوق آنها با مسئولیت‌هایی همراه است که جهت کمک به جامعه و بهتر انجام شدن امور جامعه و ایجاد نظم عادلانه، بر عهدۀ آنهاست. مجلس شورای اسلامی وظیفۀ قانونگذاری و همچنین نظارت را بر عهده دارد. باید گفت درصورتی‌که نقش نظارتی مجلس به‌درستی ایفا شود، به حمایت از حقوق شهروندی منتج می شود و نظارت مجلس برای تامین حقوق شهروندی از طریق حاکمیت قانون اعمال خواهد شد. تضییع حقوق شهروندی صرفاً از طریق قانونگذاری نامناسب صورت نمی‌گیرد، بلکه اجرای ناصحیح حاکمیت قانون به از بین رفتن حقوق شهروندی منجر می‌شود. با توجه به چالش‌های موجود در زمینۀ نظارت مجلس بر حقوق شهروندی، در این مقاله سعی داریم که نقش نظارتی مجلس در تامین حقوق شهروندی را تجزیه‌وتحلیل کنیم.

Supervisory Role of the Parliament in Support of Citizenship Rights

Two important tasks are considered for the Islamic Consultative Assembly, including legislative and oversight. The Islamic Consultative Assembly, using the tools at its disposal, can ultimately support citizenship in the conduct of its oversight.
