بازشناخت مولفه های مشروعیت سازی در مناظره امام رضا(ع) با دو شخصیت برجسته مسیحی و یهودی بر اساس نظریه ون لیوون

تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی به‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای تحلیل گفتمان که کارکرد گفتمان را به‌لحاظ مسائل اجتماعی و فرهنگی مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد در قرن بیستم ظهور یافت. اندیشمندان و صاحب‌نظران مختلفی با نظریه‌پردازی دربارۀ این رویکرد سهم بسزایی در رشد و اعتلای آن داشته‌اند. تئو ون لیوون زبان‌شناس هلندی از جمله آن‌هاست که نظریاتی در این حوزه ارائه کرده است. مشروعیت‌سازی درشمار نظریات اوست که مبتنی بر چهار مولفه به‌ نام‌های اقتدارسازی، ارزیابی اخلاقی، عقلانی‌سازی و اسطوره‌سازی است. این نظریه چارچوب مناسبی برای تحلیل چگونگی مشروعیت‌سازی در متون مختلف است. از همین رو در پژوهش حاضر مناظرۀ امام رضا(ع) با دو شخصیت برجستۀ مسیحی و یهودی برمبنای نظریۀ مذکور مورد بررسی واقع شده‌است. این پژوهش که با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با هدف شناخت نحوۀ مشروعیت‌سازی در گفتمان امام(ع) و میزان اثربخشی آن صورت گرفته از این جهت حائز اهمیت است که در آن مناظرۀ  یک عالم برجسته مسلمان یعنی امام (ع) با دو شخصیت برجستۀ مسیحی و یهودی موجب پرده برداشتن از حقایقی دربارۀ دین اسلام و دین مسیحیت و دین یهودیت می‌شود. نتیجه پژوهش  بیانگر آن است که مشروعیت‌سازی در مناظرۀ امام(ع)حضرت عیسی(ع) از طریق آن اثبات گردیده‌است، این درحالی است که به دلیل کاربرد روش متناسب با عقیدۀ دینی مخاطب به وسیلۀ امام(ع)مشروعیت‌سازی در گفتمان او منجر به اقناع مخاطب و اقرار او به حقیقت شده است.

identifying the legitimization elements in imam reza’s debate with two prominent jewish and christian leaders using van leeuwen’s model of critical discourse analysis

critical discourse analysis (cda) emerged in the 20th century as an approach to discourse analysis that examines the social and cultural functions of discourse. various scholars have contributed to the development of this approach including dutch linguist theo van leeuwen who has discussed important theoretical issues in the field of cda. legitimation is one of his theoretical notions which is based on four components, namely, authorization, moral evaluation, rationalization, and mythopoesis. this theory is a suitable framework for the analysis of legitimation in different texts. the present study uses this theoretical framework to examine the debate of imam reza with two prominent christian and jewish figures. the research method is descriptive-analytical and the aim is to understand the method of legitimation as well as its effectiveness in imam reza’s discourse. the significance of the study lies in the fact that the debate between a major islamic scholar, i.e. imam reza, and two prominent christian and jewish figures unveils some truths about islam, christianity, and judaism. the findings show that legitimation in imam’s debate is mostly manifested in the authorization component which helps to resolve controversial issues such as the prophethood of prophet muhammad, the prophethood of jesus christ, slanders against jesus christ, and the lack of divinity of jesus christ. in fact, by using a method that fits the religious beliefs of the audience, imam reza’s legitimation in discourse has successfully led to the persuasion of the audience.
