چکیده
|
تمایل به حضور در اماکن مذهبی مختص گروه خاصی نبوده و همه افراد جامعه به زیارت و بهره گرفتن از فضای معنوی این اماکن تمایل دارند. این تمایل به صورت روزافزون در گروه‌های مختلف اجتماعی گسترش یافته است. معلولان یکی از این گروه‌ها هستند که به واسطه محدودیت‌هایی که دارند کمتر فرصت حضور در مکان‌های پرتراکم را پیدا می‌کنند. این مقاله با هدف شناسایی نیازهای مهم زائران معلول برای تشرف به حرم رضوی تدوین شده است. در تدوین این مقاله از رویکرد کیفی کمی بهره گرفته شده و با بررسی اسناد و مطالعات نظری و مصاحبه با خبرگان و استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، شش بعد اصلی و 31 مولفه مورد نیاز زائران معلول شناسایی و سپس با استفاده از روش نگاشت‌شناخت فازی، به بررسی روابط این عوامل و تعیین ابعاد پراهمیت پرداخته شده است. بر اساس این تحلیل، سهولت دسترسی و مناسب‌سازی و توان‌بخشی سه بعد اصلی نیازهای زائران معلول را تشکیل می‌دهد که برای هر کدام مولفه‌هایی نیز به منظور تدوین راهکارهای عملیاتی مشخص شده است.

Investigating the Needs of Disabled Pilgrims in Religious Places (Case Study: Razavi Shrine)

Abstract
|
The desire to attend religious places is not specific to a particular group, and all members of society tend to visit and enjoy the spiritual atmosphere of these places. This tendency has spread more and more in different social groups. People with disabilities are one of those groups who, due to their limitations, have less opportunity to be in crowded places. This article has been compiled with the aim of identifying the important needs of disabled pilgrims to visit the Razavi shrine. In compiling this article, a qualitative and quantitative approach has been used, and by reviewing documents and theoretical studies and interviewing experts and using the content analysis method, six main dimensions and 31 components required by disabled pilgrims are identified and then using fuzzy cognitive mapping method, the relationships of these factors and determining the important dimensions are investigated. According to this analysis, ease of access, adaptation and rehabilitation are the three main dimensions of the needs of disabled pilgrims, for each of which components have been identified in order to formulate operational solutions.
